Wow! Incredible customer service. We have been looking for some outdoor furniture for some time, and came across Hemma recently. After some very responsive whatsapp messages, they offered to drop off one of the items for us to view the very next day. We loved it, and they offered to leave the chair with the rest delivered the very next day. Very easy online payment, and super good customer service. Buying furniture during lockdown is not the easiest however, i received generous help and advice via whatsapp chat from the staff at the company. I bought the Rhode Island rattan sofa set and was very impressed with the quality of the workmanship of the rattan along with the cushions - firm and nicely covered. Benefits from a 2 year warranty. Delivery gentleman was polite and friendly as well. Surprised all round.
