Grateful for Gary and his teams for their professionalism. As there were many orders, the team had highlighted the wait time to me in advance as each unit would have to be measured and customised according to the measurements. During the installation process, the installation team were meticulous in making sure that the silicon were properly done to prevent any holes or misalignment. They also made sure to clean the floor of dust. Once installation is done, they even taught us how to properly use the ziptrak to prevent damage or injuries. Very happy and satisfied with their service.

Had a look at the curtains online and was served by Ting. She is friendly, had good knowledge and recommendations! She then forwarded us to her colleague Mico at the IMM shop so we can have a feel + viewing of all the available materials, which there was a huge collection. HM Gallery was highly recommended by a friend for its exceptional quality and customer service. I had the pleasure of working with Shereen who provide a recommendation for my new home needs. She demonstrated meticulous attention to detail and offered valuable advice on the pros and cons of various options. She went above and beyond by assisting me in choosing the curtain and blind which matches our home colour theme. Few days before the appointment date, there is some hipcups to my existing track. Shereen is very responsive and assure the new track will arrived on the same day. On the day of installation, the installer arrived promptly. They displayed professionalism when installing the curtain. Upon completion of the installation, a few days later (was to busy to do a throughout check), we notice the colour abit off and the length wasnt covered enough to have full blackout. Shereen immediately responded and came down within a few days to rectify the issue, even we decided to change the colour of my kid room. The installer will come by 1 week later to do the adjustment and installation again. I highly recommend HM Gallery for their outstanding products and exceptional customer service even after sales.

I am very pleased with the service rendered by Ms Mico Chong at IMM outlet. She is very patient, helpful and professional. She attends to my concerns and feedbacks. Never changed her attitude even after closed a deal with us-before the measurement & installation of our curtain & blinds. We had an issues that one of our room the curtain not able to cover completely at the side of the window due to old HDB design. Now after engaging with H M gallery our issue is solved. In addition, there is some issue during the installation of one of the blind-the roller blind string Is extremely long. The staff who install the blinds and curtain noticed the error and quickly informed Ms Mico. Ms Mico quickly what app me to informed me that they will send someone to change for us. We are very pleased with their service and quality of their blind and curtains. Highly recommended this place. Look for Ms Mico. This company really has a very good and competent staff.

She was also sensitive to the tight budget that I was working within and managed to offer the best quality within it. I have engaged HM Gallery again recently; this round to do the Korean blinds for my mother's house. Again, Mico's suggestion on the choice of the blinds and the team of installers never failed us. My mother loves the new refreshed look of the blinds. We are also quite impressed with how efficient and systematic the team installed all the blinds within 1.5 hours, and helping us to shift the existing furniture in making space for the installation to take place.
