Enjoying a very pleasant and engaging customer service provided by JY. She’s very helpful and patient, carefully explaining the beauty and uniqueness of sofa sets. Rushed out Jasper sofa’s various combinations as per my request so that I can consider best option for my house. Wasn’t unpleasant even when I made many more enquiries about another sofa set. Had an issue with my Sofa recliner not working. And the team responded to my query very quickly. Joel was really helpful with identifying that the issue was an adapter issue, and helped change it out super quickly. Finally made a King Cloud V purchase today at King Living Kallang. Enjoyed the buying experience as I was served by JY (Jing Ying). She was friendly and provided plenty and useful recommendations that fit our needs! Great service overall ! Will come back in future ! Encountered a knocking sound on KingCloudV which was not normal. Kingliving sent a technician down to check and pointed out it was due to a hydraulic issue. It was the first time King Living encountered this too. They deemed it as a bad defect from factory. King living honored the warranty and ordered a new top frame + hydralic. I would like to thank Joel who came down today to swap the new frame and hydraulic! No more knocking sound and I have my perfect sofa finally!

Always a great experience whenever we visited the showroom at Kallang. Australian design furnishings, decent furnitures but stylistically behind the more upmarket European brands. Prices are higher than local design firms but cheaper than the European brands. Didn’t find anything that I like but you might.

My husband and I went to King Living looking for furniture for our new home. We were at the Kallang branch and were attended to by Patrice. We weren't exactly sure of what we needed but from the very beginning, Patrice was warm, welcoming, patient, helpful and willing to show us all the furniture and material options. There was no hard-selling involved, Patrice was never pushy with us and was completely transparent on all the pricing. We had to revisit the store multiple times in order to confirm certain measurements and she remained patient, understanding and extremely helpful throughout. She assisted with our measurements and even went above and beyond to move furniture around the store to allow us to visualize how certain items would go together. She also provided advice based on our daily habits and needs. The after-sales service with Patrice was also superb. She was very responsive and accommodating in the scheduling of our delivery dates. Our experience was truly fantastic! Thank you so much Patrice! About the furniture - after having visited a number of furniture shops (including the very high end ones), my husband and I kept going back to King Living. The others were just not comparable to that of King Living. King Living's furniture is well-made, high quality, extremely comfortable, customizable and well worth the price point. Would definitely recommend King Living for anyone's furniture needs!

We had the pleasure of once again having Joel attend to the installation of our Lume light for the Felix sofa bed today. He was exceedingly punctual, prompt, friendly and professional and once again, was quick in rectifying issues when the light did not come on. The entire process was seamless and took barely 15 minutes.

We came over two weekends and each time we spent a few hours at the Hong Aik showroom. Yvonne was approachable and very patient with us following us up and down the two levels multiple times cheerfully as we explored which models to choose from. She offered suggestions without being pushy. She answered all our questions and even shifted pieces to show us how it looked as standalone units. She carried our bottles of water wherever we went. Yvonne gave us all the time we needed to decide. In between the two weekends she arranged for someone to come and measure out our staircase to determine if our shortlisted choices can be moved upstairs.

This 5* review is with regards to the friendly and professionalism of your service guys Zai & Rahim who came to replace the sofa cushion. Through no fault of theirs, only 1 set of cushion instead of 2 came. Naturally I was quite annoyed especially so after waiting 4 months for this rectification. They called up admin on their end to clarify and will get back to me asap. I would rate 1* for the procurement and admin departments that need to improve on their part. I hope I don’t need to wait another 4 months for the next cushion to be replaced.

Dear King Living, When will you reply my email? I have written quite a number of times, simply because of the paucity of your replies. And so far, I think you have replied once? When sending me the invoices for payment, those emails were fast. But aftersales emails do not get answered. Appreciate more professionalism please. Steven Update 2 Jul 2023: I dropped in Kallang and spoke to the manager who assisted to look into the issue of lack of reply. I then obtained a reply from him again within 1-2 days, too address my concern. King Living over in Australia side also reached out to me via email and were concerned about my experience. They also worked with the Singapore team to assist with my issue. I'm glad the responses were finally forthcoming and have edited my review to reflect the assistance rendered.

Good experience at King Living. Sale personnel, Venice is very helpful & capable. Her good sale services & using their in-house floor plan software programme to go through the various layout stimulations patiently won our confidence in our sofa & dining chairs purchase decision. On 19/4/23, I emailed King Living after-sale dept on the finishing point on 2 dining chairs delivered. Much to my surprise, their aftersales manager Smith with Rahim visited my place on the same day to attend to my complaint. The team at King Living have truly amazed me! When I went to their showroom with a malfunctioning lamp that I had purchased many years earlier, Denise went out of her way to source a replacement for me quickly. Also good that it is made-to-order and can be compatible with our move-in schedule. Though given the price that we are paying, it was a bit of a bummer that a $100 delivery fee (normal lift landing, no stairs) is still necessary.

great experience shopping here with yvonne! she was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. the sofa’s are abit on the pricier side but the quality is much better than what we saw elsewhere. we went through three sofas within five years, so spending more on a sofa that can last longer is definitely a better option!

We bought the Jasper Bed in Dec last year. However, the bed frame could not be closed by my helper this week. I reached out to King Living, and though initially took a while for the admin to interface with their customer service team, yet in that same evening, King Living staff Smith and Rahim turned up and helped us solved the issue -- which was pushing the bed frame downwards rather than just pulling down the leather handles. Smith and An came to help rectify the defects on my recliner. They had to replace the foot rest and sofa legs. Their service was efficient and they were thorough in their work.
