Went to Mr Decor intending to look around for a sofa. It is the first shop we visited in IMM. Randy attended to us. He is patient, helpful and not pushy. The whole experience from confirmed sales to delivery is good. Randy will respond to our enquiries speedily. You won’t know the delivery time till the day before as it is determined by the delivery team. Overall, a pleasant experience with Mr Decor and very happy with our new sofa! 😊

Good quality good service. I have been looking for a new sofa for mama when I happen to pass by Mr Decor after dinner at IMM. Randy was very friendly and showed me several sofa and explained the materials and the advantage and disadvantage or different models. Ended up buying this sofa after a good deals offered that I can't resist. Finally, today got this which was delivered on time as promised. And the family loved it. Same good quality as per what I tried in the show room. Randy also shared leather care knowledge with me after the sales. I would definitely Mr Decor if you are looking to buy some good quality furniture.

We were shopping for a sofa at the very last minute when we chanced upon MrDecor Furniture Gallery. We were very impressed with the quality of the reclining sofas, and one of the staff, Randy, was very kind to answer all of our queries regarding the different sofas. Like most shoppers, we wanted to look around some more before finalizing our decision. So, we walked around some more until we came to the conclusion that we still preferred the one we saw at MrDecor. Realizing the mall was closing, we rushed back to MrDecor only to see the shop closed! Dejected about missing our opportunity to get the sofa we liked the same day, we were about to leave and come back another day when we saw Randy rushing back to the store, waving at us! Apparently, he saw us returning and viewing the sofa from outside the store on the CCTV and rushed back to assist us with any further queries we had. We were beyond touched by his commitment to quality customer service, and it just gave us more reasons to be happy with our purchase. Randy stayed an extra 45 minutes or so to finalize the details of our purchases and genuinely went above and beyond to add value to our experience. Not only would I 100% recommend MrDecor for your furniture purchase based on the quality and craftsmanship of their products, but I would also recommend them for the exceptional customer service they provided.
