We place an order for the customization of 6 bespoke teak dining chairs, and when we received the chairs, while the quality and finish of the work were acceptable, the color of the teak was not like what I had imagined and some slight manufacturing buffers cause it to not match the theme of my house. In that regard, Huazhen reached out for immediate service recovery upon learning the usability aspect was compromised, and offered alternatives. Hence, I asked Huazhen if It could be painted black since he needs to make some adjustments to the chairs. Instead, with his design experience Huazhen suggested that we should use oak for the new batch of chairs. I love the chairs in oak!! The workmanship is good. Highly recommend Nabo for any furniture customization!
