3 stars because we had a wonderful experience at the o - Salesperson Sky knows the products very well. However the after sale service just… sigh. My recliner bought in March 2024 stop functioning in Aug/Sept. QC team came to say it’s damaged - dog chewed on the wire so warranty cannot cover. The solution is to replace the entire motor (even though motor is working fine). Must order motor from China and will take awhile. I said ok. Two weeks later no news. So I asked for update. They say also still no news frm China. I mean granted it’s about mid Oct now and it was Golden week early Oct, but cust service told me they don’t know when their supplier will come back and if the motor already discontinued or not. I just bought in March then motor discontinued already? Anyway, cust service instead ask me to find my own motor on Amazon or eBay… or call own electrician to fix cus they no electrician. Then I was like.. Ok so the wire can rewire, no need buy new motor…. I mean I’m not in their industry I won’t understand these options right. So I did call an electrician who fixed my fan at home. He can’t fix. In the end I found a specialised recliner fixer on Carousell and he fixed it I can see the cust service in the end was trying to help me but… I don’t know. The whole experience is just not pleasant. They should be more knowledgeable from the beginning like “your motor actually not spoiled. It’s just the wire need rewiring go call a recliner specialist to fix it” not electrician!

We went on a rainy and quiet Saturday and was attended by the Product Specialist - Sky. He is very patient in explaining every features/pros & cons of the sofa, mattress, bed frame and dining table sets to us. Best part is he make sure our needs and budget are met without hard selling to us. We end up spent almost 3 hours there and purchased our sofa, bed set and dining table set for our new unit. We are now totally looking forward to the delivery of the products!

Reasonable discounted pricing for sofa sets. Service staff Sky is knowledgeable and very helpful in providing advice. In addition to buying a set of sofas, also purchased dinning chairs. Good quality and nice sleek design.

Ray Wong is a good and more experienced salesman at Tai Sent branch. I am quite happy with the sales and service because he is supportive and more responsive.
