Jason's customer service is world class. He takes the patience to explain how the table works n answered all my questions despite it was already 9pm last night. Delivery was super prompt, last night I confirmed the order at his showroom, today he made immediate arrangement to deliver at my time preference. The reconditioned table I’ve got from Jason is in good condition, he’ll list out some of the defects but ensures those doesn’t affect the main mechanics. You get to pick the tile and dice colours as well! Have tested it on the day I bought it and so far no issue!

Great table and great customer service by Jason! We got the tiles stuck by accident and Jason patiently walked us through how to fix it over video call, even though we bought this table months ago. Highly recommend the table too, no issues and makes mahjong even more fun.

I had an amazing time experience dealing with Jason. I contacted him late last night, hoping to get a quick fix, and although he told me his schedule was swamped, he made time to squeeze my table repair request in just so that me and my friends can continue our weekly games. He was knowledgeable about the table and can easily diagnosed the damaged areas, even over a video. Matter of fact, he came over with his partner (a really great friendly uncle) and resolved our week long issues in a matter of minutes (replacement and rectification). He also provided additional touch up support at no cost. Great guy, and one that I'll definitely look for when getting my next auto table.

Very responsive and fast. Contacted them on Tuesday and they came down to my house to repair on Wednesday. Other MJ companies that I contacted didn’t want to try repairing as it was a different brand from theirs. Sam came down and helped me fix the main issue and checked for other areas that needed to be fixed.

I had my table for more than 2 years. It seldom breakdown. When I needed servicing, the service and response was so prompt and good. I will definitely recommend to my friends.

Not the cheapest that I talked to but had the best attitude and was the most willing to explain to a complete automahjongtable newbie like me, which included about 1 hr of asking qns back and forth over whatsapp. When I asked which was a better model for newbies, he recommended the cheaper version instead of the more fancy but more expensive version so props for that. Delivery was also prompt and done in-house and they answered all the questions I had, unlike certain other places where I heard the delivery guys were usually in a rush and just droppped off the table and gave some basic instructions and left.
