Updated post as of 10 Jul’25: One year later after installation, Spaceman still has technician to check in on the bed mechanism. Free of charge. Truly excellent service for this company to provide this gesture. —————————————————— My sister and I came to the store with the intention of getting sofa bed on a Friday evening. We were attended by Kenneth Hum. While we were late for our 6pm appointment which the store is supposed to close at 7pm, Kenneth was most attentive and patient. He took no time to rush through his explanation though it’s beyond the closing hours. He is also most knowledgeable with the products. He showed us the different sofa beds available and we finally decide on the Murphy bed which was more suitable for our needs. If it’s not for his superb service rendered, we might not get the necessary the same day. His after sales was equally good as well that he responded promptly to our other queries post sales. Will show pictures when bed is delivered. Thanks Kenneth. You are truly an asset to your company. Edit: The beautiful bed has arrived. The assembling team was good and I like it that Spaceman still has a specialist to check post installation to check all mechanism is good. 👍🏼

I bought the wall mounted table from Spaceman. Loving it lots. Fantastic solution to give me the best of best worlds i.e. workspace/table space and the living space. The table mechanism is easy to use. I had a fantastic experience with spaceman from the purchase day with Kenneth showing me and explaining the diff products, the administration process on coordinating the payment and delivery change of requirement, updates on delivery and lastly to the installation day by the installers. Great job from Spaceman had a space saving wall bed installed and couldn't be happier. It's such good quality and great workmanship on the installation. I know it's not the cheapest but you really see where your money goes with the quality of product which is satisfying.

The amazing array of space saving concepts and the quality of the products impressed me, and I promptly, and gladly acquired an awesome extendable dinning table, that could also lower to become a perfect coffee table. It's worth the long 4 and half months' wait. Table delivered as scheduled . The 2 gentlemen were careful in their handling and instructions as demonstrated were clear. The purchase was made 3 months after our first visit to the showroom. Mr Woon's attention to our requirement was much appreciated during our decision buying process. Beautiful murphy bed. There are other alternatives in the market but it will be hard to beat Italian workmanship. The after-sales service is worth a mention as well. Due to some mis-communication during the first installation, Matthew was really quick to rectify the issue to ensure safety of the bed. The only downside throughout this transaction, though I understand current global supply chain issues, is the waiting time - over 4 months. Thanks for the good product, I know I will be back.

Bought a Wings Coffee Table & it was delivered in mid Dec 21. On 1st day, my son accidentally chipped off the edges of the table. As damage was done by us, I approached Spaceman to check if they can help touch-up the chipped edges. Upon hearing our problem, Woon (Spaceman) suggested that we share photos / video of the damaged area so that they can provide feedback to the manufacturer. We were pleasantly surprised when Woon contacted us this week that they will replace a NEW Wings Coffee table for us instead. This is way above our expectation as we thought that they will just send someone to “touch-up” the chipped areas. Instead, they’re replacing another BRAND NEW piece for us ! We are really wowed by their kind gesture & service ! Definitely a right choice in getting our table from Spaceman. Had a really good product demo tour off all the hidden beds (booking required!). Fathanah was absolutely brilliant in giving our family top notch service and hands on to understand the space solutions. Sure the products are pricey but the design, materials and quality are best in class. Strongly considering for our next house. Fathanah - if you are seeing this, thank you so much for the great experience!
