Had the pleasure of being served by Nicole. She was very patient and not pushy when we were going around shopping for our bed. The unfortunate thing about Tempur is that it doesn’t join in with many of Harvey Norman’s deals so if most other brands can give you many stuff like free PS5 or add another 388 for storage bed frame but Tempur can’t. But even given that, Nicole really went out of her way to get us really good deals with the bed purchase such as a cheaper bed frame to fit our budget. Mattress wise, the Tempur beds really feel different from the other spring mattress so it’s hard to give an apple to apples comparison. Would write a more detailed comment in a year or 2.

Aidan and Nicole were really awesome. My wife initially talked to Aiden during her first visit. Aiden was busy during our second visit so Nicole immediately filled in and explained nicely to me and my son about the functions and features. Amazing experience and would definitely recommend.
