I was served by Jessie Tan. She is super Tempur Expert, just by seeing me for the 1st time, she is able to tell me which pillow model n size fit me best! She is also attentive n spotted the missing rebate issuance for my purchase, which was $30+ worth! I'll return again to buy from her.
