Bought the sofa and only see the reviews after that. I was damn scared cus wth will I kena scam? One day before delivery I texted to ask about delivery. They say the delivery guy will contact me. Timing all very prompt and they accommodated to me. So overall… despite all the bad reviews… they delivered. If you wanna say their sales tactic scammy… well you do your own research and ownself compared your final price vs outside which one cheaper. My this sofa is 2-3k, whch I thought it’s a good deal.

I would like to show my appreciation and compliment to the Sales Manager Mr Alan Wong for his dedication and commitment to serve the customer . I first brought my coffee table and sofa for the first round and after which , I decided to get a tv console ( one full complete set with the coffee table ) and so I contacted Alan directly and he created a invoice the next day for me without me dropping down to the ballroom again . He is very professional and always put client first interest first . The delivery team also did a marvellous job which always on time and also ensuring all the delivery items in place before leaving the house . They suppose to deliver me 2 free quality mattress ( as what Alan given me ) but delivery team sent only one as the other one is not in good condition . But they will arrange delivery again on the next following week as what I requested This is a good and reliable company with prices reasonable and I would strongly encourage you to find Alan Wong if you need anything and he will try to fight the best offer for you .

Friendly delivery service by Vetri & Vijay. However slight unpleasant experience as one of the item was wrongly delivered the first time round, and redelivery was schedule only 2 days later. My phone number somehow was written wrongly on the invoice hence the shop was not able to contact me before the delivery. However despite correcting the phone number for the redelivery, there was still no call at all and I have to keep calling the shop to find out when and where is my delivery, whole day wasted waiting because of that.
