I have been a member for 6 months and counting. Nice and cosy space with a team of warm and friendly female instructors! Also very welcoming to mothers with children. Reformers classes are good with sufficient time slots to choose from to fit my schedule!

This place makes you feel really welcomed! Helps that it’s a ladies-only gym so you don’t feel too self conscious (think VPL or poor form etc) or judged HAHA. & everyone’s always willing to help one another. I’ve really enjoyed their Pilates classes & since the class size is rather small, they’re able to correct your form most of the time. Instructors are also really friendly so you can do something completely off & they’ll help to correct you without making you feel stupid. HAHA.

Love this space where I get to challenge myself and be exposed to a variety of group classes. Coaches Anis, Siti, Joanne, Maryam and Maya are so welcoming and encouraging!
