Personal Trainer Khai is amazing, very knowledgeable and motivating. He's deep knowledge of mobility and extremely targeted approach has helped my both in my recovery from an over-strained hip injury as well as pursuit as an triathlon athlete. Can recommend Aileron and Khai any day!!!
