C. C.Honestly, a beautiful place to unwind. The ambience is great. However, they will always try to sell you a package. It is so stressful. All the amore branches i went to will do the same. Tampines, Plaza Singapura, Bugis, you name it
Once you buy the package, they wont bother you for a few sessions but once your are at your fifth session, they will ask you again.
I just want to have massage and leave the shop in peace.
F.My first time Amore Define with my god daughter for swedish massage. Love the ambience and the service . Awesome service from the start , Jessie , Vivian and my massage therapist Amanda .
While waiting for our room they serve us hot ginger tea freshly made by them, love the ginger tea.
Before massage,they make us soak our feet in warm water, how I wish there were rose petals in it.
After the session they served us again the ginger tea and green bean soup for our dessert.
I really enjoyed it , next round I will book 90mins because today slot 31st Oct the spa is fully book
The room is very clean, smell good and they play soothing music in the room.
Massage wise , my therapist is Amanda, not bad, every part of my body was done pretty well.
The only feedback is that I wish the massage therapist could have gently inform me that they are leaving the room to get the hot towel for our feet because after the massage she just left the room and I thought the session ended but I was still laying on bed hahaha.
She did return back to the room and wipe my feet with warm cloth and finished up by putting me back in a seating position and last massage on my back with the towel on.
But overall I'm satisfied, will come back for the 90mins session.
R. G.Ladies only gym. Only one studio, different timing different workouts. And hardly see any cleaner cleaning the studio, and the studio gym's items including yoga mats. Membership is quite pricey as well. Most of the instructors are friendly.
A. L.Joined this gym a few months ago and the experience has been pleasant so far. Walked in one day and the sales consultant, Melissa, who introduced me to the facilities, was not pushy at all. I felt that I was able to make my own decision without external pressure. Facilities are clean, and it’s conveniently located. With flexible work arrangements, a gym in the heartlands make it a lot more convenient. Hope to build a healthier lifestyle while balancing work and getting practical stuff (I.e. grocery shopping) done!

Equipment is also very good.
Tampines also has a small pool for water aerobics.
Not crowded.

N. G.This place offers exclusive gym for females. The gym equipment are in good condition since that they are well-maintained. The shower room is spacious and guarantees safety and privacy. This is a perfect place to work out if you prefer a gym with less people.
