I've been training with Jovan for 2 months now and the results are great I lost more weight and gained more strength than expected within a short span of time. He's advice on nutrition makes the transition to a healthier lifestyle much easier and the encouragement during the sessions pushes me to do more each time. I highly recommend anyone who wants to switch to a healthier lifestyle to sign up for coaching with Jovan at ATP.
I joined ATP a few months ago and it has been a wonderful experience. Training with Jasper Brieva has brought me a great balance in my lifestyle: the great nutrition advice coupled with regular and intense workouts help me feel much better physically and mentally. Jasper helps me find the right and sustainable balance in my lifestyle that entails a fair bit of night outs, drinks and client entertainment for work, and that I still carry on. I highly recommend ATP and Jasper in particular: he always stretches me and makes me work harder, always with a great smile ; his cheerful mood even early in the morning is always a great start to my day!
In my view, I have been religious with the training, restrictive with the diets, and giving my everything on the gym floor for a long time.
Yet, I always had pretty much the same physique, carrying about 25% body fat despite my strength gains. The worst part was that I was having higher - unhealthy levels of visceral fat and cholesterol that weren't going down no matter what I did.
So I thought it must be genetics.
That, this is the best I can do and look.
However, before settling with that idea for the rest of my life, I thought of trying out ATP as my last resort.
They paired me up with coach Iskandar who understood where I'm coming from and came up with a plan that fits my schedules.
And in 3 months, I have dropped 10 kilos in weight, reached 13% body fat and most importantly, reduced my visceral fat and cholesterol levels drastically.
It took a lot of work but i’d say it’s totally worth it.
With coach Iskandar, I pushed my limits as I knew and realized there is a whole other level to “giving it my everything” at the gym.
The journey made me aware of how what I eat, do, and don't do impacts my body and the overall well-being.
And the best part is, realizing that I too can get the results I want and do so in a healthy and a sustainable way.
Would definitely recommend ATP for anyone who wants to take their transformation to the next level.
I've been training at ATP Personal Training for several months now, and I am consistently impressed with the high level of service and expertise provided by the gym and the coach.
Firstly, the gym itself is clean, well maintained and equipped with top of the lines machines and equipment. The layout is well designed, and the environment is welcoming and motivating.
But what really sets ATP apart is the coach quality of coaching. My personal coach Jasper is highly knowledgeable and attentive. Jasper has helped me to achieve my fitness goals in a safe and sustainable way. He take the time to understand my needs and tailor each workout to my specific goals making adjustments along the way as necessary. I appreciated the personalised attention I receive and always feel challenged but never overwhelmed.

I enjoyed my experience of undergoing personal training at ATP under the expert guidance of coach Celine. We set realistic goals and I have moved steadily towards achieving them with Celine’s encouragement. The programme makes you accountable for your behaviours and nutrition which really helped me. If you wish to improve your overall physical and mental condition and improve your relationship with food and are prepared to be accountable for that, I can thoroughly recommend ATP and in particular, coach Celine.
Coach Iskandar has been a major part of helping me on my fitness journey. From chasing me daily on my weight and food goals, to giving personalised fitness regimes outside of sessions with him, all these have helped me on the journey to great fitness results. Not only have I lost more than 10kg since I started working with him 3 months ago, I have also grown in strength and conditioning.
I've been training with ATP for the past 2 months and I really see a change in the way I look! My trainer, Erly, has been really motivational and encouraging in my weight loss journey and she not only monitors my training but goes beyond and checks on how I can improve my nutritional intake as well! I had not been able to lose weight when I tried on my own but I've been able to lose weight with ATP!
ATP is my first PT experience. I've been fat and prior to ATP I went on a strict dieting with no exercise. After all the weight loss, I wanted to build strength, tone my body and maintain a lifestyle that is sustainable as I have always yoyo back after dieting. I dislike exercising and would give all kinds of excuses not to exercise. Michelle is a great coach! She is very dedicated, motivating and encouraging, always trying to push my limits. She also guides me on nutrition and dieting. From someone who dislikes exercising, Michelle managed to transform me into someone who exercises at least 4 times a week. From someone who loves to eat and drink, I manage to balance these with my dieting and exercise. My strength, stamina and endurance has increased with her guidance. I always look forward to the session I have with her. It is interesting and fun having a coach like her. Thank you Michelle for making exercise part of me now!
Had a couple of trial trainings at different gyms before signing up with ATP.
I like the fact that they did an in depth sit down consultation to understand my needs and conditions first before pairing me with a trainer instead of randomly assigned me a trainer like some other gyms.
Erly is my trainer at ATP. Knowing my level of fitness and past experience with other trainers, Erly didn't jump right into dead lift exercises using heavy bar, which I had experienced in other gyms.
She started with simpler exercises targeting one muscle group at a time to allow me to build the foundation of movement and muscle connection needed to achieve a proper dead lift. That way i reduced the chance of injury. And for the first time, I finally feel the right muscles working while doing deadlift.
Erly motivates me in the gym, and outside of the gym she holds me accountable on my daily routine, habits and diet, but not too strict to the point that stress me out. She is friendly, caring and accommodating.
Now after more than 2 months of training, I definitely feel stronger and have more energy.
ATP is my first PT and is a great experience. Coach Aishah is very dedicated, knowledgeable and encouraging. She is attentive and monitor my progress very closely. Everytime I’ve reached my comfort level, she’ll adjust my training program to further increase my strength and endurance. She is always motivating me to challenge my limits that I never believe I could achieve. She guides me in my nutrition and diet, always sharing tips with me. I look forward to every training session as it’s fun and I feel energized after every session.
I had the fortune to train with two trainers at ATP, Coach Jasper and Coach YC. They helped me to reach my goals of losing fat (after baby #2) and re-gaining my strength. I’m not new to strength training, yet they provided valuable tips to improve my technique and performance so I could push myself safely. They were sound in the fundamentals such as keeping count of reps, ensuring correct tempo (especially when tired) and timing rest periods. Lastly, they were knowledgeable, or tried to find the answer, whenever I challenged them with any questions about training or nutrition.
As a person who quits gymming often, who is scared of lifting weights and is a complete foodie, it was a scary decision to join ATP. But once I did, it completely changed my perspective and my lifestyle. Coach Iskandar helped me lose 6 kgs in 45 days, but more importantly he helped me in bringing discipline in my life. Losing weight is simple, what's tough is maintaining it. You have to be consistent with your approach and that is something you can do only if you are motivated. A huge thank you to Coach Iskandar who has been patient but persistent , thorough but understanding and a source of motivation throughout.
I have successfully lost 13kg in 6 months under the guidance of Coach Michelle, which has drastically improved my confidence in the gym and in myself.
“Trust the Process” is really what you need to tell yourself when you are training under Mich as her empathy and experience as a coach is what has helped me reach my goal. And as someone who used to hate going to the gym, I look forward to training even on my rest days now.
Been with ATP now for a little less than 3 months. It was a new year resolution to get fit and in shape and I chanced upon ATP through my research. I then arranged to speak with Erly at ATP to gain initial understanding of how the program works etc., It was an early intro to the great experience I've had - Erly was patient and explained the program/facilities and was not aggressive in pushing me towards a decision. Since signing up for my initial set of sessions, I've been working with Coach Aishah and am very happy with the progress that I'm making! We have a plan with hard yet realistic targets and are constantly monitoring the progress. The great thing is the plan is holistic - around diet, exercise, even on sleeping habits. My weight and body fat are dropping, I feel more energetic and of course stronger and more toned. We are constantly reviewing and tweaking as we go through the program. The exercises that she puts together for me work for my body - most importantly, she is there to encourage and motivate me through the sets/repetitions especially at times, when you feel tired and want to give up. The program I'm doing with ATP has been helping me improve my overall lifestyle and the lessons that I've been learning will last with me throughout my life. Thanks Coach Aishah and ATP!
My trainer, Michelle, was very dedicated, organized, helpful and extremely accommodating in every one on one session we had. She has indeed a vast knowledge of her profession. She trained me for 2 months and can say that there’s a lot of progress and improvements as I have lost about 10kg in just 2 months. I became even more confident with myself physically and mentally.
My fitness has increased noticeably and I’ve seen improvements in my ability to complete core exercises, lift progressively heavier weights & generally push myself harder throughout each session. I find I actually look forward to my workouts as:
-She is very knowledgeable and explains every move so that I know what I’m doing and why I’m doing it — which is super helpful.
-She perfectly knew how to adapt to my level of beginner and has managed my nutrition well additionally
– She ensures that my technique/posture is always correct to avoid any injuries.
– She is extremely reliable – always set up & ready to start training ahead of time, with an exercise routine planned.
Overall, I would highly recommend Coach Michelle and ATP as your choice of gym especially for those people looking for personalised ones.

Joined ATP for about 2 months plus and I have dropped my weight and fats percentage tremendously. I managed to wear a jeans and shorts that I couldn't fit previously and I hit my goal weight in 10 weeks, a figure that I haven't seen since 7 years ago. I can choose small size for my clothes confidently instead of my previous medium size clothes.
Coach Charis has her own style of motivating you during the work out and explained how each exercise works. I have pretty much learned how to engage my body to perform the exercise better. Definitely should engage Charis, she is professional and fun too! She really pushes you to ur limits which can be quite surprising how strong I grow each time.
ATP really shows me the results I always wanted and I certainly enjoyed myself training at ATP 💪 there!
I walked into ATP as a discovery exercise believing that I required more focused training for an upcoming marathon race.
I had worked out alone for years, and compounded with multiple runners guides that all offered different advise on how to do things, I decided to seek expert advise.
I honestly thought that I would undertake one cycle of training, run my marathon and that would be it. 6 months later it has become a concrete and highly valuable of my weekly schedule and I cannot recommend it highly enough.
Jeremy is by far and away the best trainer I have ever met.
He is vastly experienced and highly educated in the principles of training and nutrition offering a professional outlook on how I should train, eat and rest in order to achieve my goals which are to reach peak athletic performance with the tools my body has been given. He also offers me peace of mind, knowing that my mindspace can focus on my business and family as I can leave my valuable training in his hands.
In a world where trainers and programmes are dime a dozen, it is fortunate find a true expert, someone that I can trust my health, physique and performance to, and that is Jeremy.
To compliment this ATP is excellently equipped with state of the art equipment, homely changing facilities and a never ending flow of BCAA's and protein shakes.
It is easy to recommend a product but the proof is when one puts their money where their mouth is, and 6 months later I continue to renew my subscription which is an indicator of the value I place on ATP.
Each person has different training goals and ways of achieving them. After shopping around different gyms, I found ATP to be the right fit as maintenance and sustainability of the regime is one of our key focuses.
I’ve trained with coach Aishah for 8 weeks now and have seen positive results, both physically and also mentally. I’ve learned how to eat right (while maintaining the occasional happy food) and exercise right. She keeps me motivated and always there for support when needed. With her guidance, I’m confident that I will be able to meet my training goals and also sustainably maintain the results afterwards. I would definitely recommend ATP gym and coach Aishah for those looking for a personalised, tailored approach for achieving their exercise goals.
I have thoroughly enjoyed my training experience with Coach Michelle. She is very knowledgeable and motivating. Her training program has seen me gain so much strength and power. She has managed my nutrition well and I am meeting many of my goals.
I have had 4 children including a set of twins and Michelle has dealt very well with my post partnum issues and now I can vacuum my stomach for the first time in many years. Best trainer I have ever had.

My trainer JQ is very good. He is patient and a good communicator who does a great job explaining and demonstrating the exercises, and designs modifications to get around my shoulder injury.

I joined ATP in Oct 2022 with a clear vision. To stay fit and healthy when i turn 50 in few months time. I was going through perimenopause which has caused tremendous weight gain. And I have osteoarthritis on both my knees. So it's really a huge challenge for me.
At ATP, my training is customised based on my body analysis, my physical challenges and my goals.
My fitness journey comes with lifestyle changes too which includes having a proper meal plan. Thanks to ATP and especially my Personal Trainer, Angelica. She is more than just my PT at the gym. Outside of my training session, Angelica will check on me to see if I am doing ok. Days when i needed that extra push, she will motivate me to stay focus and get me back right on track. I am so thankful for Angelica's commitment to see me succeed in achieving my goals.
3 months into training, i have loss inches and definitely leaner body. My perimenopause side effects had gone too. Looking forward for more training with ATP and of course with Angelica.
I have been training with Angelica for a few months - apart from weight loss she has also focused on improving my body composition and I have since became more energized. I have also received great pointers on food choices / diet and other aspects outside of the gym that help me overhaul some of my poor lifestyle habits. She kept me accountable and kept pushing me and I am thankful for her dedication.
It is my first time in a specialised PT gym and it's my first time training as well. Darren has been extremely patient and understanding towards my goal and difficulties. He also went the extra mile to monitor my daily meals, giving advice on my food intake on a daily basis, and provided alternatives for my addiction to sweet drinks to aid my weight loss journey. He is always more than willing to share his technical knowledge, always ever-encouraging towards me, and he managed to tailor a workout program for me to keep working-out sustainable for me as he knew I hated training. In the last 2 months working with Darren, I have achieved my target weight and body-fat percentage, feeling stronger and more confident. Would highly recommend ATP and Darren as a coach!
I have been training at ATP with my personal coach Wei Hong Ng and so far I have never had such a great experience, Wei Hong is committed & atttentive to my needs, capable of adapting the training to help me achieve my goals. Every session is well prepared, always hard work but real fun! I would strongly recommend him to anyone looking at achieving a personal goal.
Overall ATP is a fantastic place to train, the equipment is state of the art, the whole team is friendly, smiling and very professional.

ATP's programme is designed super thoughtfully for anyone who wants to train towards a goal. As someone who has worked out for years, it's the customization that sets the gym and trainers apart here. Everything from stretches to the work sets and reps are designed to work on problem areas and get you closer to your fitness goals - while continually challenging you. I've worked closely with Angelica and I've really enjoyed the process - she's been super motivational, and I've appreciated her feedback and advice, particularly on the nutrition front. She's also a real reservoir of knowledge and her guidance on strength training and flexibility work have helped with old chronic pain issues. It's a premium pricetag but honestly, the 24/7 support from your trainer and custom fitness plan can't be beat.
I was a little nervous joining ATP as I had not had personal training nor trained properly for some time, I was starting from ground zero. I needn’t have worried. My trainer Navind eased me back into training with compassion, patience and kindness. He was very quick to assess my fitness level and knew exactly when to push me and when to hold back so that I got the most from every single session. He is extremely knowledgable and ensures every movement is completed to perfection. I am a little more complex when it comes to nutrition and Navind and the team at ATP did their research to ensure my plan accommodated my personal needs. He has been flexible when my work schedule gets out of control and makes sure I still complete 3 sessions every week. I keep getting stronger, I feel healthy and fit for the first time in a long time and I look forward to continuing my journey.
Can't recommend my coach Zach at ATP enough! He's been so professional, motivating and fun to work with each session. So encouraging to feel my body getting stronger and fitter each week following his guidance and expertise 💪 Overall a great team and environment to train in!
I get to know ATP Fitness Centre from ad on youtube channel. I saw many on the ad page have transformed to a better healthier physical body state. My goal was to lose weight and to have lean muscle. I decided to go for it. I must thank to the manager Erly who placed me under the guidance of the Senior trainer Mr Hyun. mr Hyun is a very patient & has good vibes for someone who is very shy like me to go gym. I really enjoy each session, is fun & enjoyable actually. I feel at ease under his guidance. He built confident in me working towards my goals. his personalsed training was awesome. I really see good result less than 2 months I lost more than 5 kilos. I am happier now to see my is myself on the mirror😃I compliment Mr Hyun for the training experience under his guidance as my professional personal trainer. 👍👍👍👍👍
I've been training at ATP since the reopening, my initial goal was fat loss (covid weight) - I met Jay for my initial consult who was very knowledgeable and understanding of my situation. I was assigned JQ as my coach who guided me through every step of my transformation. I would highly recommend ATP for anybody looking for a Personal Trainer at any stage in their fitness journey. :-)
It's been 3 months that I've been assigned to join and consult ATP for weight lost as I gained easily. The PTs are well knowledgable in assisting their client's needs and want to reach their goals.
I would like to thank Nizam as he was my PT whom assisted me to reach my goal. Nevertheless my goal isn't met and I've seen a change in me that I've lost about 6kg in that 3 months period.
Now I know what I can do to lose my weight and also have the energy to exercise. That's what matters personally because before this training I was so weak and always lethargic and unable to perform such an intensive work outs.
