Reviews of Embracing Movement
Kish is an excellent personal trainer. More of a coach actually. I have had many personal trainers in the past but never lasted beyond 3 months. I have been training with Kish for close to 1.5 years and like that he combines a series of mobility exercises with strength training which is important to me as a person with low bone density.
Kish is patient and motivates and encourages me to achieve more in each session. He is adaptive and always ever-ready to take and implement feedback adjusting to what I can and cannot do, without compromising the quality of the workout session. A highly recommended coach to get your body fit and strong. Thanks, Kish.
My husband and I have taken a 10-session package with Kish, with the intention of increasing our physical activity levels and committing to some form of regular exercise to ensure that we can retain our flexibility, agility and be pain-free as we cross the threshold of mid-40s.
In the last few months, Kish has provided us with a training programme that is customized for our individual needs which takes into account our existing fitness levels and conditions. During each session, Kish also carefully monitors how we execute each of the exercise, checking with us constantly about how we are feeling and does not hesitate to modify or adapt the exercises to work around any issues we may be facing. This is especially important for me, as I do have prior back and foot injuries that can cause recurring pain if I do not exercise sufficient care when training.
As a trainer, Kish is encouraging but firm. He explains each of the movement carefully and informs us of the goals that he wants us to work towards. He is generous with his knowledge and resources, and will point us to websites or sources should we want to understand more about the movement philosophy that he subscribes to. He is also always willing to offer suggestions on how we can help our daughter (who is a dancer) with her movement training.
In the last few months, we have definitely observed improved flexibility and mobility in ourselves - with less joint stiffness and aches when we wake up in the morning. Our daily energy levels have also increased with the regular exercise. We will be continuing our package with Kish as we invest in our health!
The 6 personal training sessions were beneficial. My posture has noticeably improved, and I now have a clear grasp of how to properly warm up and cool down before and after my strength workouts. This knowledge will be invaluable for preventing injuries and maximizing my training.
Kish is a highly recommended personal trainer you can train with. I started with him 9 months ago and during this time, he has worked patiently with me and adjusted training according to my stamina. He is always thinking of variation in our exercise routine to make sessions lively and interesting. My stamina has increased significantly and I am now with more energy to go about my day. Highly recommend him if you are looking for a trainer that will motivate, encourage and work with you to realize your health goals.
For the past 5 months, since December. Kishendra have thought me lots of skills and techniques using the equipment in gym as for me I am a first time to go use gym equipment so it was great to learn certain machines
He thought me exercises where I can do anywhere with a exercise mat that allow me to work on my upper body strength which I am weaker at.
Through this sessions I have seen improvement in my fitness and health as I am able to exercise more and joined my friends in exercising in the gym
Have been training with Kish for more than a year and he is absolutely amazing. He created a special training program for me that helped me a lot to alleviate my back pain and knee problem. He was also very reachable outside of training sessions, giving me a lot of training and nutritional tips. Always professional and encouraging!
It has been about 6 months since I embarked on this fitness journey with Coach Kish.
He corrected my posture, focused a lot on strengthening my weak muscles and gave me a lot of inputs that I can imply to daily life.
I had injuries over my back and knee. With his correction on my postures, increased strength and mobility, I am pain free now.
He is very knowledgeable. He also advised me on the type of shoes I can use, on my food intake and lifestyle inputs.
He is also accommodative, especially with my shift work timing.
