Friends have recommended F45 to me for the last couple of years and I did nothing about it, silly me! I finally joined F45 in April this year and my how I wish I had joined years ago. It did take a little getting used to, having never really worked with weights, I tend to avoid gyms for this very reason. But the mix of cardio and strength training, along with fantastic instructors who help with technique and support you in achieving your goals, whatever they might be. Of course there is also the 'Challenge' which has been great, easy to follow and again, with the support of the South Buona Vista and Bukit Timah teams and members, my goals are now being achieved. Honestly couldn't recommend F45 enough. So if, like me, you are thinking of changing up your normal exercise routine or a complete novice or even a pro, do it, you won't regret it!!

Love the trainings and coaches @ this branch! Can see the results after 2-3 sessions already 😊..U will be able to enjoy both of the cardio and resistance classes !! Highly recommended!
