Reviews of F45 Training Sunset
H. S.I joined F45 Sunset in October 2023 coming from F45 Bukit Timah after its closure. I’ve been a member of F45 since 2017 from different parts of the world and I can say this studio is a real standout. They have a genuine love for their members and are truly passionate about their business. F45 Sunset feels like one big Fitness Family.
Four different coaches throughout the week. All coaches are experienced and care about your safety and form. Each coach has a different flavour - Challenging, Intense, Friendly or Relaxed. Once you get to know them, you can pick your poison 😂
The members at Sunset are all motivated and hard working. Members are of different fitness levels and ages ranging from 16 to 72. Exercise routines have modifications depending on your desired effort level or fitness level. Although the classes can get quite full sometimes, the coaches do a really good job in watching everyone. I would say that it would be really surprising if anyone does not see results in two weeks provided they are attending 3-4 sessions a week.
The studio is clean and neat. The equipment is new/updated and organised. The one thing this studio does that I’ve not seen else where is they’ve added ‘non f45’ equipment to lessons to allow members to further challenge themselves e.g air bike, trap bar, Olympic bar, standing bar rack. I really appreciate their filtered water cooler they’ve recently added and occasionally they will give out sponsored freebies for the members to try eg protein bars, drinks, health food. It’s a really upbeat studio.
Since I’ve joined Sunset, I’ve been attending just about everyday. I’ve never been blessed with so many timings at any F45 studio. Some weekends they’ll throw in some extra sessions just to satisfy the demand. There’s reason why this studio is thriving.
Situated on the ‘sleepy edge’ of Bukit Timah away from the hustle and bustle in the west. Parking always free, Cold Storage and cafes in the same arcade. PCN just behind for a warm up run or cool down shake out if you please. There’s so many things to love about this studio.
