Gloria was my PT and she’s amazing! She kickstarted my fitness journey with the perfect mix of motivation, knowledge and expertise. Her positive energy kept me on track, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking to make a real change!
I met Christy in 2022 and she was my PT for about 1 year plus. Then i stopped for a while for some personal reasons and back to her again now in 2024. When started i have zero experience with strength training and exercise movements and nutritions. She was so patient and showed me from basic exercises and correct forms. She is very professional and knowledgeable. At first my sole intention was to lose weight only. Christy posted everyday posted about her workouts on instagram. After i saw her amazing muscles and discipline, she inspired me to become like her. I slowly gained interest in meal prep and counting calories. I told her about it and she was so excited and happy to help me with my new goals. She explained to me the importance of meal prep , macro and micro nutrients. She helped me plan my meal and exercises to fit in my chaotic work schedules.
After I trained with Christy, my body fat dropped and i gained some amount of muscles. I achieved some fitness goal in my life which i couldn’t imagine i can achieve myself alone.
She also listened to my personal life stories without disrupting the gym sessions. So during training sessions, although we talk about personal life, workouts, nutrition, etcs, we always managed to finish the entire program unless i m late. She gives me her full attention during the session and push u very hard to over my limit, which i cant do if i gym alone.
What makes me choose Christy as my personal trainer is she is not only talking and telling me what to do and also she follows herself. She is very disciplined and shows an example of herself as a true personal trainer. That’s why i follow her advice and always trust her. Always love to train with her and Always get true pump after the session with her although i whine alot 🥰Thanks Christy for changing me physically and mentally about fitness
It is an amazing journey with H.I.T and fantastic coach Gloria. Despite the busy schedules, she coordinated well and pushing for the best out of me for each session. Highly effective!
A full range of nice equipments here and conducive environment, friendly staff, convenient location, full nice city view at high floor level which your can enjoy whilst doing hard work, highly recommend!
A big shout out for my personal trainer Christy. She truly knows her stuff as she presents herself with deep understanding about fitness and nutrition and share her knowledge selflessly with her clients. While she sets challenging goals and push me hard enough, she is also motivating and supportive, always encouraging me without judgement even when on days when I was “off track”. She keeps me accountable without pressuring me to the extend where I feel overwhelmed. At the same time; she set achievable goals with me and see me through accomplishing them, in a safe and progressive manner. Most importantly, I feel stronger each day, physically and mentally as I march towards healthier changes to improve my overall well being. Thank you once again for making me feel confident with bigger muscles, smaller waistline and overall a happier new me.
8 weeks in and dropped my first 10kg. I’ve always bounced back after losing weight, spent years of running, fad diets, online workout tutorials and group classes didn't work best for me so I totally stopped working out. My trainer Christy Lim is knowledgeable in fat loss and workouts, she is also patient and a great motivator. My hormones are now balanced through the change in my lifestyle by being accountable for my daily activities. I look forward to my upcoming milestones with her, and I definitely recommend for all to come by and engage them for PT services. Definitely worth every single cent. Also, the gym facilities is clean, towels and showers are provided and located nicely in CBD!
I have been training with Gloria for less than a month now, and I have already reduced my body fat by 2%!. Also I have seen amazing improvement in my strength and endurance.

I started training with Christy 1-1 in May 2024, with a goal to lose fats and gain muscle as I was unable to do it on my own. She took time to understand my lifestyle, diet and the workouts that I do. As we progress through, she checks in to see if there needs to be changes in the program and she will tweak accordingly. Also, she checks in on how you feel physically, that is, if you feel any strains or pains during the session and post session. She really saw my potential and believed in me that I can lift heavier, push harder and go for that extra solid last rep. She's not just a personal trainer but also a motivator too! I highly recommend engaging her to achieve all your fitness goals!
My partner and I started training with Christy since Jan 2024 (new year new me, right?). I engaged Christy because I wanted to lose fats and haven’t been able to achieve the most ideal result I want from attending group classes. With Christy’s tailored programs in terms of nutrition planning, workout regime and lifestyle tips, it has helped me see progress in terms of fat loss while maintaining / increasing my muscle mass.
She has helped correct our forms during strength training, tweaking them along the way to suit our range of motion to achieve effective trainings and at the same time imparting fitness knowledge to us, ensuring that this is a lifestyle change instead of just a fat loss phase. Jia has been my PT for last 3-4 years. Took a hiatus and currently in the last 4 weeks she has helped me shaved off 6.6% body fat with her guidance and encouragement. The healthy clean eating is yummier than I thought. It is completely worth it.
I’ve been training with Jia for nearly 10 years - she’s the best! She’s committed to my goals and offers so much support. The atmosphere in the gym is chilled and inclusive, a great place for beginners and pros!

Jia has been my personal trainer and a great motivator for a few years. The results i have achieved to date is largely due to Jia’s programs which are equally challenging as they are rewarding and achievable. She has also been very helpful in guiding my diet and helping me eat the right way. She is skilled, thoughtful, sensible and a pleasure to work with and talk to. Would highly recommend Jia to anyone.
