E. C. H.I have meniscal tears found out on March 2022. Friend highly recommended me to go for Jing’s Pilates class. From Jing, I learn how to ‘walk’, how to ‘ breathe’ and have my postures improved. She posses excellent observation skill, she is a knowledgeable and experienced instructor who can change, modify and create exercise or movement that is right for my body. I have had 2 mountain hiking at Europe and climbed the summit of Hallasan Jeju in these two years. Thanks to Jing.
