I started my powerlifting training with Ethan earlier this year and within such a short span, I've seen just how strong and fit I've become. Ethan is always ready to offer his guidance and has a lot of precious knowledge that he shares generously — wrt both powerlifting and diet. He's also a wonderful human being and is well-informed that as humans, on some days, we're not at our best and he reminds me that it is all part and parcel of the journey. Yet, he knows when to push me beyond the mental and physical barriers I tend to put for myself. I'm so glad to have Ethan as my coach and I'm excited to start competing someday under his guidance.
