I have thoroughly enjoyed all my training sessions with Zion, even though they were at extremely early hours. Zion's friendly demeanor and knowledge have made each session both productive and enjoyable. One of the most valuable aspects of our sessions has been learning the correct techniques for each exercise, which has significantly improved my overall fitness routine.

I have attended ANTS L1 earlier this year and really enjoyed it and found that I have learnt a lot so much so that I really looked forward to signing up for ANTS L2 the moment the course was released! It was indeed great learning from Dino in person, and I felt like I really got to understand the gym techniques a lot better even for a beginner like myself. Dino was also able to explain the techniques and anatomy really well and offered adjustments where it made sense according to individuals’ - which definitely went beyond just textbook theory. Really love the gym facilities as well and his fellow coaches were very friendly too! Would definitely recommend these courses to my friends - for those looking to upskill to being coaches / PTs as well as those who want to be more effective in training and lifting.
A splendid course for any aspiring Personal Trainers/Coaches out there that wish to elevate their coaching levels. Went in with no expectations but reaped a whole lot of knowledge pertaining how to train our locals and get them on board with incorporating fitness into their lifestyle. Learned a whole lot of excellent cues, different from how I'd normally cue a client and a great place to expand your network if you're looking to be in this industry for a long run.

Trained with Belle for a period of 18 sessions (9 weeks) and have never seen such a significant change in my weight and strength! Belle was very patient in guiding me through all the different workouts and how to do them with the proper form. I personally feel like I have improved a lot, especially as someone who was a complete beginner and never stepped foot in a public gym.
Belle has also guided me through my diet and helped to implement a more sustainable change in my eating habits that I can continue even after the end of my training. She has been very helpful in answering all my queries and even providing me with lots of meal/food suggestions and recipes that I can incorporate into my diet. She also constantly checks up on me through the day and helps me to identify smarter food choices as someone who constantly eats out and hardly cooks.
Highly recommend LTU to anyone looking to live a healthier lifestyle and not sure where to start. Super beginner friendly.
12 weeks of training with Coach Hayden delivered what I had been trying (but failing) to achieve on my own for years - a safe and easy to follow training and nutrition program, with expert guidance tailored to cater to existing injuries and imbalances. Coach Hayden was patient and consistent in providing advice on proper training form, nutrition and recovery, ensuring that consistent progress was made. More than happy with the results, and would highly recommend! Thanks Hayden!
I was with Daniel Chow for 36 sessions. All the time , he was very patient with me and encouraged me to press on with the training although I felt tired at times.
I remember his saying that you eat like a normal person, you would be one, that is, you would gain weight. He set goals for me on food calories, protein and daily number of steps.
With his constant encouragement, I managed to reduce 10 kg and increase my muscle mass and reduce my fat.
As a senior at 71 years old, I highly recommend anyone especially senior who is interested to lose weight, be stronger and fitter to engage him as your trainer.

6 months with LTU under the training of Hayden just flew by in a flash! Hayden has been very patient with my inconsistencies in diet and adapted the protocol to match my life style to help with adherence and indeed results were finally more stable.
Hayden is very patient and technical with the execution of the various exercise movements, ensuring that execution is the priority over weight progression. Overall i can feel myself getting stronger with better lifting techniques. Definitely something I will be taking with me as our partnership comes to an end.

Daniel Chow is an excellent Personal Trainer, patient n passionate, knowledgeable n very detailed in his coaching.
As a 64 yrs old uncle, he tailored his lesson to my needs n progress. Ensured that I am able to perform n improve with each session.
A humble n caring PT, provided me additional training program for my future usage..
I have been training with Ryan for the past 8 months, and it has been nothing short of amazing. Ryan is patient, caring and encouraging, and has been instrumental in helping beginners like myself build a strong foundation in lifting. Seeing my progress in the gym under his guidance has been extremely motivating and exciting, which has spurred myself to work harder and be consistent in my own training. Ryan has also been a wellspring of knowledge, and I have learnt so much about nutrition and fitness under him than I ever did previously. He provides timely feedback that is thorough, clear and intentional, going above and beyond to fine tune even the smallest of details that might not seem significant at first blush, but when taken together improves the overall execution of a movement.
Beyond the more tangible aspects of lifting, Ryan has also imparted important lessons from his own experiences. "Be patient with the grind" is a quote from him that has stuck with me; not only has it been applicable during training, but also in my work outside the gym. He emphasises being patient with the process, to not be afraid to push when it feels most difficult, as well as cultivating good lifestyle practices that are sustainable in the long term. These lessons have been such a positive influence in helping me rid old habits that were less than ideal, contributing to an overall improvement in my personal wellbeing and health. Ryan's sincerity and dedication to his craft truly shines through his actions - anyone that trains under him and LTU are in great hands, and I cannot recommend it enough.
My experience with Daniel, who I would describe as "sincere, thoughtful, empathetic".
In summary: Starting with Daniel is definitely a good starting point if you are a beginner and don't know where to start. He will get you started and help you to build up your knowledge and momentum to keep going. Definitely worth your investment of time and money.
Details (sorry for the long essay, but wanted to give a clear review):
Before: Had phobia of going to the gym, felt that it was an intimidating place, fear of doing things "wrongly" and getting injured and/or being judged (self-conscious).
Process: 53 sessions with Daniel, approx once weekly other than occasional disruptions due to sickness, vacations etc, for a total of about 13 months. Not seeking any huge changes (dramatic changes are unlikely with just once-weekly training), just wanted to learn how to navigate the gym on my own. Started out unable to handle some of the exercises 'properly' because have never trained those movements before, but gradually gained strength and confidence. Was never once made to feel like I was incompetent or inadequate, and was never "talked down" (even though some things come naturally to those who have done weight training for a long time, it is different for beginners who struggle with seemingly "simple" stuff, and Daniel was consistently empathetic and mindful that novices experience things differently, and gave cues that were helpful in guiding me).
He was always patient and encouraging, working around constraints (e.g. scheduling constraints, recovering from illness, past injuries, etc.) and also demonstrating how training can be done even when things are not "100% perfect". Constantly watching (100% attention), giving feedback on the process (e.g. where my form can be improved), and always made it clear that it's not about short term chasing of 'gains' or 'numbers' but a long term progression and learning how to do the exercise on my own. Clear explanation of why he recommends this or that, or why he adjusts this or that, so there's understanding as well (not just "monkey see monkey do".
Always adjusting the exercises based on what is best suited for me as a beginner, rather than what is common, popular or trending. Never once felt pressured to chase any targets so that he can "show off" my progress (e.g. reduction in body fat, which I think did happen anyway alongside some gain in muscle) because I think he was always clear that the objective is what is most suitable for me at my current stage of life given the various constraints that I have (e.g. availability of time). Also never felt pressured to progress at any particular rate because everyone has their own rate of progression, so every small improvement felt like a win.
Training was always a bit of a love-hate thing, it always feels like a bit of torture when it's a bit challenging, but feels good when it's done. :)
After: Discovered that while I am not "naturally" gifted in physical-y and sport-y things, there's still much that I can do for myself within what I can handle confidently and within my ability. I was given good advice on what exercises are more suited for my level of ability, and which are probably too advanced at my current stage (i.e. that I would not benefit as much from, compared to other exercises, because I may not be able to execute the exercise correctly to reap the full benefits, or I may get injured...), and for that I am grateful because it gives clarity.
Now, I am generally confident enough to go to the gym on my own (much less of the phobia now!) and execute the exercises that I have been taught, and am aware of what I need to be mindful to ensure my own safety while training.

I'm excited and grateful to provide my sincere recommendation for NK, the exceptional physical trainer who has made a significant difference in my life. I was hesitant about strength training and unsure if it was a good fit for me when I first met NK. I had no idea that this encounter would result in a remarkable journey towards a better, more physically fit, and more self-assured version of myself.
NK's dedication to his work and depth of knowledge in the area of physical training were immediately clear. He was passionate about what he did and genuinely wanted to see his clients succeed. He always went above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of since it showed that he cared passionately about our wellbeing.
I went on a revolutionary fitness regimen that I could never have imagined under NK's excellent supervision. He customised each workout to my ability and always challenged me to push past my boundaries. His sharp eye for detail enabled him to discover and improve my form, ensuring that each exercise was executed safely and successfully.
What truly defines NK is his persistent conviction in the potential of his customers. He gave me the courage to trust in myself even when I doubted my ability. His encouraging comments and constant reinforcement drove me to perform above and beyond my expectations. As I saw my improvement week after week, I was inspired to work even more because I knew NK believed in my capacity to achieve.
NK became a great friend and confidant in addition to being an exceptional trainer. He listened to my worries, gave me sound advise, and was there for me every step of the way. His sympathetic attitude and compassionate personality provided a training atmosphere that felt both encouraging and inspiring.
I am now at a level of fitness that I previously thought was unreachable, thanks to NK's personalised training and mentoring. Not only have I gained physical strength, but also mental determination and self-belief. NK's effect on my life goes far beyond fitness, as he has taught me the value of discipline, consistency, and determination in every aspect of life.
I strongly suggest NK to anybody looking for a personal trainer that is motivated, competent, and sincerely cares about their achievement. He is more than a trainer; he is a real inspiration and a catalyst for good transformation.

Engaging Marissa as my PT has been the best investment I’ve made. I’ve gained so much knowledge from her about nutrition, fitness, my body - and I’m still learning even 5 months later. She’s really very professional and super detailed when teaching me/ correcting my mistakes. She’s really good at pushing you to your max potential and I’ve made so much progress in the gym with her. Her personality is also so warm, humble & caring, I felt sooo at ease with her since day 1.
I have absolutely no complaints about Marissa and will recommend her to my girlies, she’s amazing!!!
I've been training with Dino for 3 months and have been thoroughly impressed by his knowledge of nutrition and biomechanics, and ability to explain things to me.
Before working with Dino, I worked out casually and followed programs I found online. Through working with Dino, I learnt the principles to maximise muscle stimulus, instead of following fixed rules. I've also learnt to regulate my food intake better, without stressing too much over my weight or every single food I eat.
In my 3 months so far, I've lost ~7kg and put on significant muscle, and am confident to continue with my progress. I would strongly recommend Dino to anyone who is looking to achieve their fitness and health goals.
Took LTU level 1 course and found it extra informative! Saved a lot of research time and trying to filter out whether information online is accurate. Have been following the coaches on Instagram and they are actively posting on a daily basis with fitness tips. Amazing community! You can even re attend the level 1 class at no additional cost!
Training with NK changed my life.
Not only have I developed a factual understanding of strength training vs fat loss vs nutrition; I've gained mental resilience and Maturity. I was also able to clean up bad habits of movement (that I've done for years) such as deadlift and barbell back squat, and feel and see sustainable progress.
I've learnt to respect executing movements with proper forms, and most importantly, I learnt that rest is just as important as training.
NK is very knowledgeable and is able to offer training options/solutions according to my needs. I really appreciate his dedication to my growth journey.

Been with Daniel Chow at LTU for the last year or so.
His training has given me the confidence to head to active sg gyms and work out. I’ve never gone to the gym prior to training with Daniel as I don’t know how to work out. Daniel has taught me the necessary skills, the fundamentals of what each exercise does. His patience and commitment to building up my body’s strength is commendable.

I spent years chasing after fad diets after being fed with inaccurate information and was stuck in a yo-yo cycle that felt like there was no end in sight. That was till I chanced upon Dino’s and Marissa’s Instagram and decided to take action instead of walloping in self-pity.
I have been attending PT sessions under Marissa and it has definitely been the best decision I have made for myself.
As an absolute beginner, Marissa has been the most patient and encouraging supporter in guiding me throughout my fitness journey. Whenever I have discomfort or questions, Marissa will not hesitate to pause, assess, explain, and demonstrate to facilitate my understanding. In addition, Marissa’s constant check-ins and encouraging words makes me feel that she wants me to succeed even more than myself, which spurs me to work harder.
Despite her long working hours, Marissa is always available via WhatsApp to respond and answer to any questions I have. Marissa also gladly shares her own experience and her tips and tricks to achieving her goals, which motivated me greatly to continue showing up and reminded me that I am the product of my choices.
In a short span of four months, I can feel that I have grown a lot stronger. Beyond the physical benefits, my overall quality of life has also improved in terms of mindset shifts, mental clarity, more energy, and happier in general. I attended LTU's ANTS L1 and L2 and found both courses helpful in explaining theories, giving practical starting advice/points and spelling out pitfalls and misconceptions that plague people in their fitness journey.
LTU has a great mission and story that I can stand behind, and I'm impressed by the passion and dedication that Dinokang brings to the fitness industry in Singapore.
I attended LTU L1 course last year and is currently training under Ryan. It has been a wonderful experience as Ryan has been very encouraging and will share his own experiences and expertise to keep me going on this fat loss journey. Dino Kang is a very knowledgeable and observant Personal Trainer (PT). He observes every exercise movements so as to ensure all exercises are done correctly and safely. I learn new tips every session. He also monitor and guides my meals so that I can do my cutting correctly. He is also very encouraging and enthusiastic about his job! I highly recommend to all my friends!
My experience with Coach Daniel was nothing short of exceptional, so I hope to tell others about it. The 3 C's that I look for in a personal trainer (Competence, Character, Communication) were all exhibited by him.
Competence: It was clear that Daniel had the knowledge and experience required to be in this line. He demonstrated each workout and explained the common errors. He also provided verbal cues and physical guidance during my execution. He was even able to advise which equipment/machine was more beneficial to achieve my fitness goals (e.g., lying leg curl vs. sitting leg curl).
Character: I felt respected by Daniel. He was punctual for our session. He tailored my workout program to maximise our time together, leaving out "lame" workouts like planks that I could easily do at home unsupervised.
Communication: Daniel was clear in his instructions when teaching me how to execute new workouts. He was also very encouraging throughout the session, enabling me to squeeze out that 1-2 additional reps and really push to failure.
By the end of our session, Daniel not only left me feeling stronger but also more motivated and confident in my fitness journey. Thanks, coach!
Attending ANTS L1 with Lifelong Training University (LTU) was a life changer for me. It enabled me to make better food choices as well as take the 1st step of my fitness journey without that dreadful feeling we've all had when we try to 'diet'. I'd recommend anyone and everyone who is looking to improve their health and quality of life to attend ANTS.
After having kick started my fitness journey on my own, I felt I needed further guidance on working out in the gym independently. Signing up with NK aka Dino as my PT has been one of the best investments ever made in my life and I am not exaggerating. He pays attention to detail and tailors every work out to suit your body structure. Having had multiple PTs previously (clearly none as good as him!) Dino really impressed me with his dedication not just in the gym but outside training hours. I had to 'report' every single thing I ate and he'd guide me if my food choices were not aligned with my goals/macros required. There was always something new to learn from Dino!
Thank you Dino for your dedication and heart-work! Although I only trained with you for 12 weeks, I believe I have gained knowledge that would apply Lifelong!
I attended the ANTS L1 and it was really insightful and helped me gain knowledge about nutrition, and how to think about physical training. Dino is knowledgeable and very patient to answer our questions and address any misconceptions that we might have during the course. I find it very useful and would recommend it to anyone who's interested to get started in their own health and nutrition journey.
My short 3-month stint training with NK has given me so much more confidence in the gym. He is friendly, detailed-orientated and sincere, and I knew I was in good hands the moment I first met him. I did not know anything about PROPER training prior to meeting NK. He has been incredibly patient, generously imparting whatever he assessed I was ready for. I have been training on my own for about 2 years before attending the ANTS L1 and L2 courses. The information provided was practical and easy to apply. How it was structured made it simple to understand and it changed my thinking and approach to health and fitness for the better.
I also then trained with NK and although it was only for a relatively short period of time, it was more than enough to see and experience his attention to details and the passion he has for helping his clients improve.
Looking back, I could have saved much time and seen better progress if I were to engage NK earlier.

Having trained with NK for 2 years has been one of the best decisions I’ve made.
He is a very understanding, credible, flexible coach. He explains complex things in a simple manner such that beginners can understand.
LTU also offers Nutrition & Training webinar (ANTS L1 & L2). This is the golden first step for beginners to kick start their fitness journey.
Have been training with Dinokang for more than a year now and he is the most knowledgeable and focused PT I have seen. Tried 2 other PTs previously from other gyms, and I can say that Dinokang's focus on clients during the sessions itself is outstanding.
If you're looking for a friend to relax and hang out at the gym with after work, this is not the place for you. If you're looking for a PT who will tell you hard truths about your diet and lifestyle in order to get you to your goals, I cannot recommend a better place than LTU.

I have been training with NK in the past 4 months, and not only have I gotten leaner and fitter, more importantly, I have also gained tremendous knowledge in the realms of nutrition and learning to lift safely and effectively. The benefits also show in better concentration and energy during the day, making my work more effective. As LTU's name suggests, training is not just about showing up to feel good and lose weight, but it is about equipping oneself with life-long knowledge and better health. ANTS Level 1 was a very insightful course and recommended for anyone who would like to learn more about how nutrition and training complements each other! I thought the course would be dry when I signed up, but ended up binging on all the lesson recordings (2 hours + each time) in a single evening!
Signed up for ANTS 1 webinar series. As a sports science grad it's good to relearn what I learned before as there may be more research done on strength training and health in the recent years.
