an incredibly helpful solution for all the sitting at desks we do! Aerial yoga feels like a secret key to unlocking new parts of yourself. Jo was super warm and welcoming for me as a beginner. Highly recommended!
I have never tried aerial silks but I wanted to do something that was outside my comfort zone but also helped to develop my strength. Jo was so encouraging and supportive for a beginner like me. She made me feel very safe and help to correct my movements so I felt comfortable but also stretched my body properly. She is a wonderful and warm instructor that I would highly recommend!
The studio is in a really central location and was easy to find. The space itself is also airy, bright and calming to be in. The silks also felt very secure which was reassuring for a beginner like me! Will definitely be back to sign up for more classes. Thank you for a fantastic first-time! ☺️
This studio is a tranquil oasis in the heart of the city! I love how there are reformers and aerial classes on opposite ends of the studio so one can spend an evening there. Joanna could be THE BEST teacher out there, she teaches with sharp eyes for individual feedback and a generous dose of humor! I love it that besides creating movements, she does promote mindfulness in her classes too - just what every city dweller needs!
Organised a private birthday celebration and had a blast! Joanna is always prompt with her response and most helpful in many ways. Gracein is such a joy to have and to facilitate our birthday celebration aerial yoga session.

I really love the reformer pilates classes by Mins Teo, she’s my fave instructor of all. I attended classes from over 9 studios and she’s still my favourite instructor! Started my reformer Pilates journey with a couple of her foundation classes and recently came back to attend a length/ strength class with her, which made me come to this conclusion.
She is really attentive and knows how to correct your form properly. In classes with other instructors I would sometimes wonder “hmm am I working the right muscles? What am I supposed to do??” due to the lack of clear instructions but I never once thought that here! And the next day I realllllyyy ached all over hahaha
Had a private session with my friends recently and Joanna was an amazing instructor! She was very bubbly and cheery, took us through the entire session (with the many positions / adjustments / tricks) smoothly and seamlessly it felt like we learnt and achieved a lot in one (beginner) class! I also love her voice and the 5 minutes at the end of the aerial class particularly. Very serene, perfect for resetting a hectic week!
I was suffering from severe back pain due to work injury, as my careers involved a lot of lifting and transferring. I was seeing my specialist and he told me that I need to do muscle strengthening and core exercises. My Physio session was short and I tend to forget to practice at home so I decided to look for something that I can learn and commit myself.
I went online Google and Pilates came into the picture so I decided to have a go for it. I’ve signed up for a few trials at different places and non of them was attentive and professional like Joanna. She understands my issue and she starts slow from the beginning. I wasn’t very convincing that Pilates will help with my back pain but indeed it works . I have completed my 12 sessions and I’m still continuing because the back of my pain is improving tremendously.
I’m so glad that I have Joanna as my instructor because she corrects my posture , which I did not notice and taught me the correct way of using my inner muscles. I do felt stronger over my injured site and I’m really happy that I am pain free and I feel like I’m having a new body .
Beautiful calm space. Love the scent as soon as you exit the lift! Did aerial introduction and was very happy with the pace and difficulty level. Will definitely be back to experience the other classes!
The place is in a really cool location albeit a walk from the mrt, but the class was very enjoyable. It is my first aerial class so I didn't expect much but the instructor taught us so many moves and constantly motivated us individually. An hour flew past and now I really want an aerial silk.
I've been attending Joanna's barre and pilates class since 2018. Her classes are very well structured with plenty of encouragements from the instructor herself 😊 My posture and body awareness have improved alot all thanks to Joanna's guidance. I would highly recommend her fitness class ✔
Couldn’t rave enough about this studio, especially my teacher Joanna, her careful tending to you; she really takes the time to understand your body and needs- and caters/ customises the exercises so that you get the most out of her classes.

I tried aerial kickstarter class. The instructor, Lihong was nice and gentle, she made each move easier. Highly recommend!
