I’ve gained confidence and strength over the course of the 12 months I have been training with Britt and am so grateful for all her support and encouragement. She tailors the workouts to fit your goals and any injuries you might have. I have seen huge progress in my stamina and health in daily life as I progress through new exercises and weights at the gym. There is a wide range of equipment at the MsFit gym and Britt guides you through it all whilst providing all important accountability. Thank you Britt!
Starting to gym can be quite intimidating, and with an existing back issue, I was afraid of hurting myself with bad form. I found MsFit when I was trying to find a women's gym so that I can start in an environment which felt safe and less intimidating.
The gym itself is great, always clean, and with a good variety of equipment. What makes or breaks the experience, however, is of course the personal trainer. My PT, Venetta, is always bubbly and supportive. She took time to understand my goals and worked with me towards that. She helps to correct my form and gives alternatives whenever it feels a bit too much. That might sound a tad demoralising, but also she never fails to hype and encourage after each set. A session with her is never dull as she changes up the routines to help target different areas of fitness.
I have felt improvements in terms of my stamina and strength in the 4 months that I've started training with Venetta and I look forward to getting into even better form with her :)
Personal training with Venetta was an experience that exceeded my expectations. She exuded enthusiasm and positivity, which made each session challenging but enjoyable. She also took the time to understand my fitness history, any limitations or injuries I had, and consistently checked in on my progress.
I have been working with Ariel for about 8 months. I see more muscle definition and feel stronger. The best part is that I am now so comfortable in a gym and have progressed from weekly PT sessions to 3 times a week on my own. Signing up with MsFit was a really good investment in my health.
I have joined MSFIT's 2-1 buddy training with my spouse and I am impressed with the facilities, personalized workout regimes and tailored meal plans made for us.
We have been training with Venetta for about 10+ sessions now and she still keeps us challenged at every gym session by planning the right amount of training for us. Venetta takes utmost care to make sure we execute our workouts in proper form, targeting the right muscle groups and to avoid injuring ourselves. On the days our bodies are less prepared for gym (read tired), Venetta adjusts the intensity of the training to help maximize our workout. Post-workout, Venetta goes the extra mile to share useful stretches and activities we can do outside of gym to aid with recovery.
I signed up with MSFIT, in hopes that I will have the habit of incorporating fitness into my lifestyle by the time I “graduate” — to improve on my overall health; physically and mentally.
As my goal was pretty vague, my PT proposed on areas that I could improve on based on my body composition and body physique. (% in muscle mass etc)
I’m halfway through my sessions now and shoutout to Lindy, my PT, who is actually more hyped and thrilled than me whenever she sees that I’m progressing! She also gives great advices and reccs for food nutrition and post-workout stretches. (+ constantly nagging me to finish up my 1.4L bottle throughout the session as I have the habit of not staying hydrated.) Lindy is approachable and experienced — a perfect fit for a newbie like me!
In all, the gym has a nice ambience with the necessary equipments. Accessible as well as it’s only a walking distance to the MRT. A comfortable place to workout being a ladies only gym — it has the privacy that I need.
I started loving exercising because I joined MSFIT! My trainer Nadiah has always been professional and also fun to work out with!! Not just Nadiah, I had the pleasure to meet Priscilla and Britney, so I’m sure all of their trainers at MSFIT are amazing. If you are looking for professional, positive trainers to add on to your exercising life, MSFIT is definitely the place to go!
Brittney is really amazing! I have been struggling with pain over my right hip due to overworking. Britt, besides being the awesome trainer that she always has been, often go the extra mile to help ie let me use her own personal equipment (tennis ball, foam roller with spikes on it) so I can stretch the muscle better. We even had a session when she stretches/ massage me for almost 40mins! I always feel much better after a session and I am so glad to have her as a trainer! ♥️♥️
