Coach Alvin and his fellow coaches are very professional yet fun - my 6yo loved them all. The children are grouped together according to similar swim levels as well as age, so they got along well together. There are no last minute cancellations, on rainy days the kids do dry drills and can make up for lessons on another day. My son learned to swim in about a year with no water confidence issues. Would recommend Swim Masters to other parents, yes.

My child successfully completed the Swim Safer test. The administration was super helpful in sorting out the typo errors I made during registration and after when I couldn’t download the certificate. Appreciate the prompt follow up.

Found Swim Masters through Google reviews. Coach Alvin was responsive with my queries. We signed up the swimsafer test with him.. Even thou my child was not from the SwimMaster school, he was still very patient to my queries.. I am very impressed that there is a pre-assessment before the actual date. It gives my child more confidence on the actual day.

I signed up for the lessons with close to zero knowledge in swimming. Thanks to coach Alvin Ng I've learnt to swim freestyle and breaststroke. The lessons are very comprehensive and well-paced. 10/10 recommend Swim Masters.

This is a good swimming school. Gathered feedback from my gal, coaches are patience and will explain again and again if anybody doesn't understand. Classes are quite accommodative too. They most probably will slot you in if you miss a class. Ofc subject to the availability of the class and if your child is too tired after 45 mins of swimming. In my opinion, not recommended to, I can see my gal very tired after a makeup class. Thank you again 👍👍

I believe this space is very competitive however, coach Alvin really go beyond his services as a professional coach and being a dad himself, he knows how to take care of the kids too!! I would totally recommend him to others :)
