I’ve been seeing Jacqueline for years, and after trying out other stylists, I can confidently say she is one of the very best! She truly takes the time to listen and understand what I need. When I sit in her chair, I usually don't have much direction with how to proceed. But I always leave with my hair looking amazing and feeling healthier than ever. Somehow she always knows what I need! Her warm personality makes the appointments a relaxing experience too. Jacqueline is really a true gem, so thankful to have her!

Be Salon has been my go-to salon for 3 years now and I am so glad that I found it! My regular hairstylist is Darren and he is very kind, gentle and professional. He always makes great recommendations for my hair that are in my best interests (to preserve its health) even though they would cost less than other more expensive hairstyles. It is wonderfully refreshing and rare to find a hair salon which genuinely cares about their customers and does not push products or treatments for their own profit. I've also recommended a number of friends and my mum to Darren and this salon and they all have high praises for Darren. His skills and stylistic approach are unparalleled! I am a repeat customer for haircut as no other places master layering like Besalon. Although I am attended to by different stylists upon every visit, the result always shows up consistently fabulous. Today I was feeling spontaneous and booked an appointment for a makeover on a whim. I had very little hope for a slot as I called in so last minute but it turned out to be my lucky day. I was attended to by Chloe and boy, I couldn’t be happier. I had been wanting a wavy perm for a while but was worried it would turn out to be tight curls. I had bad experiences with other salons where the reality was completely different from my expectations, not to mention severely damaged hair afterwards. Not only did Chloe understand my request but she also did a phenomenal job turning my dream into reality and gave clear maintenance tips. I walked out smiling ear to ear 🥰🥹💓. Highly recommend Be Salon! Before making an appointment, I had a consultation with Chester (colleague highly recommended him), he sat me down and let me know my hair condition and what we could do with it. After weeks of consideration, I decided to go ahead with making an appointment and boy, I wasn't disappointed. Chester tamed my "lion" hair and now it's a total fuss-free hairstyle which most importantly isn’t super straight and flat. Thank you! Be Salon :)

I've been a regular and have been pleased with the service provided. You also get a complimentary drink from a selection of coffees and teas, and one thing I look forward to are the head massages they do during the hair wash! Though Be Salon is on the pricier end, I'd pay for the service and quality that they provide. The store is also very clean, as they quickly sweep up after each haircut. Would recommend if you're looking to treat your tresses!

First, we're greeted by polite staff so that was pleasant. However after sitting for 30 minutes, no drink was even offered until we ask. Colouring was good. Hair wash and massage was brilliant. However, probably worst hair cut I've had in a while. Fringe looks like it was put through a paper shredder, and upon feedback, stylist didn't even make an effort to rectify it. If you like a 'block chop' maybe you'll like the cut. I however prefer a soft cascading slightly layered look but despite being unhappy with my cut overall, there was no point trying to communicate it because the response to my dislike of the fringe was dismissed. They've got a great referral program with discounts extended but I will never go back again because I think it's important for stylists to give weight to client's preferences and that was definitely not my experience.
