Purchased a trial scalp treatment. The consultant Lina was very professional in explaining my hair condition after going through a machine scan on my hair scalp. Have a hair wash followed by applying scalp essence and massage. Top up abit more for a hair mask that wasn’t included in the treatment. Overall the experience was great!

He told every treatment done step by step. Head and shoulder massage together with the treatment was the best. Very relaxing. Northpoint Outlet. Went for the free consultation due to heavy itch and flaky scalp. Found out that I have a dry scalp instead of dandruff. Consultant was accommodating to my scalp’s needs and budget. Brought back a shampoo, conditioner and tonic to help with my inflammation till I come for the first appointment. While the products did not fully recover my dry scalp, it surely helped to stop the itch and front part of my hair has no dry flakes too. But my side of my hair is stills flaky. Today went in for my first appointment. Before going for the session, I saw some build-up of dry skin at the side crown. The consultant was gentle and my scalp felt good after the session. Scanned my scalp and can see that my scalp is doing much better than it was. A good tip which I knew of but practised at random was given too. Not to scratch our scalp using our fingernails, fingertips only. Especially when we wash our hair.

Am here mainly for chronic itchy scalp issues, my treatment occurrences have been sparse so I can’t exactly attest to the efficacy but not a bad idea to have someone to wash your hair/cleanse scalp. I’ve been served by Yao Yao twice now and so far I find her really affable and patient, she shares scalp care tips too. I tried out the $38 trial package from a roadshow. Initially I was quite skeptical of the whole promotion but I just went on and gave it a try. I went down to the Northpoint city outlet and was served by Win. Win was very kind and courteous, it was a two way communication between me and her. I was direct in telling her that I was quite worried when I saw some reviews of pushy sales and she respected my concerns. At the end of the session,i could see positive results. Win recommend me some packages but there was no pushy sales. I purchased the herbal shampoo before leaving the outlet. Was definitely satisfied with the whole experience. Will come again some day. Hopefully I will be served by Win again.😊

Went for the first treatment in June. During that time, I have sensitive scalp, causing very bad itch. Previously, I have tried other hair treatments at other salons, but not showing great result. So I decided to give beijing101 a go. I met my current consultant Lina during my first treatment. She gave a very thorough examination of my hair condition, stating what are the issues that I’m currently having at that time. Entire process is very professional, didn’t hard sell or rush me to sign up any package. A month into the treatment, my scalp condition has greatly improved, itchiness has greatly reduce. Until today, the itch is gone. Special mention: It’s really lucky that I’ve gotten Lina as my consultant. Friendly, humorous and professional. Strongly recommend people with hair issues to look for her! 10/10

It was my first time to experience scalp care, and I bought this $38 package from Watson by chance, which included a scalp scan before and after (the scalp condition will be explained at the same time), a hair care mask, a hair wash, a 10-minute scalp, shoulder and neck massage, and a laser treatment! It lasted 2 hours. My host was Lucas, who was also Malaysian. He was friendly and good at chatting! What’s even more special is that they also provide hot tea and desserts 😍 Office workers can come and relax occasionally!
