I want to share that I truly enjoyed and satisfied from my self pampering day with Haircove. And I would like to praise your hairdresser, Fan, for doing such a great job and she is very meticulous. Decided to go for a full head colour on top of the dry cut, and the colour got extra bright, but she took the initiative to darken it abit to my liking and I extremely love the colour. Her skills is great in achieving a great layered volume for my hair. She encouraged me to sign up for membership and I'm so glad I did on my birthday month last April and I got to redeem it after my session. I had my baby with me and she was very caring and asked if I would like to breastfeed my baby first after washing my hair. But I told her it's okay, just continue. Very thoughtful of her, I appreciate it. I hope to be able to have her too in my next pampering session in a few months time 🥰

Did my first time colour & trim my hair for hari raya at this outlet. There’s no crowd at that point of time as i came 1 hour aftr their opening time. This salon is good for female & hijabis especially where they have curtains to draw up when they’re doing your hair. Was served by staff name Fan(i think. She’s the one in grey hair in a ponytail ). She was courteous & detailed in explaining throughout the process from start till end, the aftercare for coloured hair. Good service from her. Looking forward to come by again soon to try the scalp treatment. 👍🏼👍🏼

A little disappointed with Solo 2 outlet. Walked in at 715pm for a simple hair cut but was told that they finish work and closing at 730pm, while the website indicates 8pm. Maybe my mistake too for walking in at that timing. Would be better if the website could change the closing time to 730pm. Follow up: Replying to the reply received, the hair salon was EMPTY and staff VERBALIZED she finishes work at 730pm. It's okay, I don't wish to prolong the issues and make myself sounds like an unreasonable person. It just didn't sound professional to me when she said like that.

Decided to try hair cove services at woods square. I booked full head colour,cut and treatment and was attended to by hair stylist named Fann. She is very friendly,approachable and easy to talk to. She always ensure im comfortable and i have to tell you her hands are really good!! She did head and neck massage for me while i was doing the hair treatment. I feel so relaxed and the treatment was so cooling to my scalp. Just what i needed especially in this hot and humid weather. Base from my experience to me its worth to sign up as their member. They have attractive perks and discounts. Thank you Fann!:) i will definitely come again!
