May did a great job in “repairing” my hair which was damaged by another hairdresser - big mistake to”try” someone else. My hair ended up so frizzy and in bad shape. In all the years I have used May, she has never failed me, Very happy with her services and care. May is very patient and never rushes through her styling. I feel great again with nice hair . Thanks to May !! Highly recommend her .

Very good hair cut & service by Joanne and team (Yvonne & Grace). Joanne will style & advise on the best hair cut & Yvonne has the best hair wash. Both Yvonnne & Grace took good care of my mom whom is not able to walk well, making sure she doesnt trip on the way to wash her hair. Thanks Joanne & team! Keep up the good job.

As usual my hair looks glossy after the super gloss treatment. She also gives valuable advice base on the hair condition. WOW! Stepping into Jean Yip Heartland Mall is my best decision since 2022; Joanne Chia the dedicated hairstylist definitely knows hairdressing & hairstyling; I merely lay my condition I want short but not a school girl look, want volumn but not melon head, want a color that makes head-turner. And she did a FANTASTIC job! Not forgetting to mention Yvonne the assistant whom gives me an indulgent head massage that comes with the hair wash are to die for; Your meticulous attention to detail in applying the colour dye deserves a THUMBS UP! Thanks to the joyous Grace for making small talks with me making me FEEL AT HOME during the 40min colouring session! It may be receptionist Pat's off day, but while she happens to be there & happens to see me searching my bag for a disposable mask, she immediately hands me one of her own; to me this gesture is definitely NON-DISPOSABLE! I walked out of the salon a HAPPY CUSTOMER, that will revisit; Thanks my Heartland girlfriends :)

Excellent all rounded customer journey, from the moment I stepped into the salon till the moment I stepped out of the salon. The receptionist was well trained and friendly, answered my enquiries promptly with confidence. On days where I opt for a hair wash, I can count on a therapeutic head massage by Evonne or Grace. I was fortunate enough to have my hair cut by manager Joanne who has tremendous skill, being able to bring alive and carve a hair style that I desired but importantly, adapting the style to better suit my face shape. She also has such a soft, delicate touch while handling my hair and has great interpersonal skills. Consistency is also very important and I know I can count on leaving the salon satisfied with my fresh and confident cut. A fair bit of warning, do call in to book an appointment as she is frequently booked.
