First time trying having my haircut in Kcuts.. So far so good this time.. Hope it's goes well in my next haircut with them. Price at $12 per cut. 4/4/25 Review update.. I walk out from without attempt to have my hair cut.. either miss interpretation or what is 8.45pm.. they said closed! And when I told them isn't 9.30pm closed and there is only one still having his hair cut and another waiting.. Later she change her mind asking can wait until 9.15pm.. come on.. why cannot wait if first place they allow me to purchase the ticket.. Star drop from 5 stars to 3 stars

Ivy was v gd with her cutting my boy's hair - neat and better than other kcut outlets . However she was alone. What happened to 2 hairstylists a shop?? I got my number thinking I didn't want to waste time so went to fetch my boy first. Came bk n this malay family with 3 persons needing hair cut, plus next was an old uncle. Ended up 4 persons later ard 40 mins b4 it was our turn. (missed queue n waited 4 persons) Sigh. What a torture and we were tired too fr a long day. Fr getting number to cutting hair 1 hr time. Severely under staff. Pls look into this else staff is tired customer also tired.
