My hair was in a terrible state. Damage hair. As i can't do rebonding, Joyce who is a senior hairstylist recommended me to go for K-Gloss. My hair looks amazing!! She gave me advice and tips in taking care of my hair. Joyce is friendly and a great hairstylist. Not forgetting the hair wash that was done by Rainy, not sure if i get it right. She is from china. Best hair wash massage i ever experience. I will definitely come again as i had a very pleasant experience with them. Thank you!

Had my haircut done by Andrew today. He was very professional and gave good recommendations with regards to my hairstyle. He does his hair cutting quickly and I could tell that he had very seasoned technique. The only small issue was that due to the rule of wearing masks, there were a few moments where the comb hooked onto my mask strap and snapped back onto my face since Andrew was so swift in his moves 😅 Other than this small issue, the overall experience is a positive one! 😊

I had my hair cut on the second day of the reopening after the kick down about a week ago a Tuesday. I do really understand is still the CB period. Didn't enjoy the guy service over there. As we need to use their code and mine cannot get thru. He wasn't that helpful at all. For a simple Bob hair cut and my hair length is way away from my shoulder.A simple basin hair wash without conditioning. A Bob cut simple blow dry no styling. Although is a nice friendly lady by the name of I think is Cindy. .is really way above pricing. When I cash out the bill was $40. Come on this is not the time to over price everything. Is really not worth the dollar. And I am very uncomfortable with the Male stylist there too as he is not helpful at all. Hope you can look into the over pricing during this period of time.I was once your regular years back was due too bad experience I back out. Thank you if skills and price is good will still come back.

Great experience :-) was immediately seated and attended to- had Hanh as a hairstylist and she was really great and attentive, taking a lot of care to ensure that I was comfortable throughout my perm. No hard selling or additional charges- the price stated at the start of the appointment was the final price.
