Had an absolutely fantastic experience today with the husband and wife team!!! Initially I enquired about customised system, but Oscar is so professional and patient in explaining the different hair systems and I must say I am pampered with choices that they offer! Christine is a remarkable hairstylist and she was so detailed in explaining the different styling needs for my suit! Kudos to her deep knowledge in stylings! Price wise is very reasonable with options to weigh-in depending on how long you wish to keep your style, and most importantly the duo are very very humble and friendly :-) Will definitely return soon! Best wishes!

Very Happy with the service by both of them! Even after looking around, decided to start the journey with them. Oscar was very helpful especially for someone who is trying this for the first time and I was always able to WA him with questions and concerns even after putting on a replacement hair system for the first time. It is very reasonably priced and there is no fear of any sales pressure or package required, in fact Oscar promotes finding the right hair system to customize for me instead of going for the top tier system immediately for my first piece. Try it!

Extremely friendly husband n wife owner/business.. no fancy gimmick. Ample parking! I switch from a more renowned shop to Nueelook and I never look back! Before I put on the hair system , I m very sceptical of using it as I feels I will not looks good with it. But Mr Oscar and Christine give me the assurance that I will like it and ask me to give a try for the new look and confidence. Eventually, I close my eyes and say yes .
