Visited NK hairworks for a basic wash,blow and cut and got my hair cut done by Levin. Very comfortable experience, she definitely has years of experience under her belt i I would definitely recommend her. My hair wash by Andre was very comfortable and soothing as well. Great head scratches and a little head massage. The hair wash and massage could be longer though. Overall a good experience on a Sunday late afternoon, not a huge crowd. Did not feel rushed. Very comforting experience.

An overdue review but wanted to share my pleasant visit to NK. Did my hair together with my sister and was attended by senior stylists Shona and Levina (hope I remembered correctly). The stylists analysed our hair color and proposed colors suitable for our skin color. The service was great and my hair color was flattering to my skin color. What’s more, there were also treats like mini ice cream and jelly during happy hours (or upon request), drinks menu and even tablets to watch YouTube/ surf internet while doing hair colouration. It has been a long time since I’ve visited NK and the elevated salon service standards and experience was beyond my expectations. :) would visit again!

Hair salon has wide range of compliementary drinks selection, including cup instant noodles. The staff told me customer may want some food when it takes hours for hair treatment and colour in the salon. Senior stylist Shona is experience and professional.

Friendly salon with good stylists. We were given a seat immediately despite being early for our appointment, and offered complimentary beverages and a chocolate snack. Pricing is transparent and reasonable. Prior to our haircut, we were politely and clearly informed of the CNY surcharge, and if we were alright to proceed. We were styled by Levin and Vincent who both listened carefully to our preferences, and skilfully cut our hair (short bob and pixie cut respectively). We would gladly recommend their services.

After reading good reviews about Woodleigh branch, I decided to try it today with my kids. Indeed this branch deserves my 5 stars. Levin and Mark did my kids and my haircut beautifully and gave good advice too. The best is they are very patient to the kids too. My kids enjoyed the whole haircut process especially my 4 yo boy. The only thing to complain is the air-con in the salon. Other than this , I will definitely come back this branch again :)
