Have been with them since 10 years ago. Excellent service by manager. She will customise treatment products to be used based on hair condition at times. Due to heavy traffic of customers, there might be some wait occasionally. Service by therapists have been good n friendly.

The staff here are very nice and super friendly. We started coming here last month. My daughter has very oily scalp and losing hair. After coming here weekly for the treatment, her scalp is less oily n can see the new hair growing. For myself, I have itchy and sensitive scalp. The treatment has helped me too. Claris has recommended us the best suited treatments and she has been a great help giving us great advice.

Have been with hair oriental for a number of years. They've saved me from my dandruff and hair loss. Have recommended their treatment for a friend who had a size of a 50-cent balding spot and after her treatment, it had hair growth and now she's just doing maintenance. Ngee Ann City's branch isn't as pushy as the Tampines branch though.
