The service here is amazing. During the trial session, they did a scan to find out my scalp health. And in subsequent appointments, on top of the standard treatment, they provide great hair wash and head massage service. I've seen some improvements in my hair loss after just a few weeks of treatment. Hopefully more will come!

Always look forward to my hair treatments here. From the scalp mask when they massage it in, to the hair wash where there's another awesome massage, to the stem cell regeneration tonic application, the staff are always super gentle. The only thing that stings abit is the SEP electric pulse but no pain no gain. Can't wait to see the final results, can feel my hair is thicker now already.

The service rendered is great as usual. It’s a great way to unwind after a day's work as the head massages they give during the hair-wash is very relaxing. The hair treatment process is slightly pain but bearable. Overall, I’ve noticed lesser hair fall after treatments.

Papilla Haircare service is considered the most effective treatment for hair thinning and hair loss. In early days, I have tried many other hair care services such as Beijing101, Bee Choo and Luxe Scalp Specialist treatment before but result is just normal. I intended to consider hair transplant if my condition is getting worsen but fortunately I chosen Papilla. I went through 3 months of treatments for every week and still on going, my hair has significantly become thicker and visible of many baby hair growing. Special thanks to the Staffs (Amelia and Sieny) who attended to me are very professional, attentive and friendly during the course of my treatments. I am very pleased with the result and I highly recommend to people who has hair loss symptoms. Do note that this treatment does not come cheap but when your hair condition is healthy then you can just opt for maintenance every 1 month which is more affordable.

I've been doing the scalp treatment with Trichologist Kai for around 2 years. Initially I did RF treatment and I changed to SEP. Although it took few months, the result is amazingly apparent. I can see more baby hair growing longer and getting thicker as well, and my friends and colleagues can notice that too. Kai is really helpful, he can tailor each treatment to your need, also very friendly. Sometimes he's too busy but I believe that's because his service is recognised by more and more customers. This treatment is not cheap, but definitely worth the cost. No regret.👍
