The service is excellent here and my stylist, Richard is detail oriented in his cuts, he's also extremely friendly and I frequently go to him for advice as he knows his stuff well! I've been pretty pleased with Richard as a hair stylist. He does a decent job, actually listens to what you want, and he's very nice, too. He doesn't overlook the small stuff and gives a solid haircut every time. He's also good with kids - my kid's haircut went really smoothly. If you're looking for a stylist who understands what you're after, Richard is your guy.

I was having long hair and I requested to cut short, they told me there’s an additional charge of $15 for restyling. The stylist didn’t cut the length that I want. Insist of cutting shorter. He use shaver to do bob cut. A few days later, I noticed my neck got wound. For this price I can get a lot better hairstyle in town area. I guess this is the last time I will visit this salon.

He's friendly, caring, detailed, attentive, professional and funny. Loved it when he washed my hair. He gave advice on the products to use and how to style my hair. Eventhough he was busy attending to other customer, he always checks on me which is a very good quality of a professional hairstylist. I felt at home when I was there and it's a time well spent. It's worth the money spent there and a nice birthday present on my birthday month. Finally found the right place to care for my hair.😍 Definitely going there on my next visit. Spacious, clean and brightly lit salon. Service was efficient and fuss free. There was no distasteful attempt to cross sell whatchamacallit services often associated with hair salons in shopping malls. I paid $28 for haircut and wash (man - short hair) and topped up $5 for the use of scalp shampoo. I appreciate the customer service. Upon noticing my mask was wet and riddled with hair, the receptionist offered me a fresh mask.

Hands down THE best hairdresser I’ve been to. And I’ve been to a lot in many cities. Went to JasonSally at Nex Shopping Mall for the first time, largely on a whim, and was super glad I did. The service is exceptionally good, starting with the friendly people at the service counter who show you to your armchair and offer you a beverage. My hairdresser / stylist, Nison, took time to really understand what I was looking for - neither pushing an external agenda nor waiting about to finish. He took his time - these guys are really meticulous - cutting each section and checking if I was happy. He got into the flow quickly and time seemed to fly by, although he spent a good 30-35 mins on a simple men’s cut - and all because I said was looking for something sharp and shapely. Very appreciative of such patience, and of course the degree of expertise: my hair came out better than I had possibly hoped for. Thing is, I looked about and found the other customers looking equally happy and relaxed. So yes, these people know their job, they know the value of great customer service, and they’re not afraid to do both - with exceptional results. Good value too. You get more than you pay for here. Will be back soon!

Has become my regular saloon after my regular one at NorthPoint for past many years has become too expensive. The hairdressers and staffs are all very professional and friendly. They always make you feel at home. I like the head massage that they gave to me during the hair washing. It was really stimulating and stress relieving. If you want to do a walk-in, it will be better to do it during the week days as Friday and the weekends can get very crowded. Still it is advisable to make an appointment.

I have been following Nison for hairstyling services for 5-6 years, I am his loyal customer as he’s one of the few hairstylists who really knows how to handle my hair (which is very tricky as the texture of my hair is fine but yet I have thick hair). Apart from his superb hairstyling skills, his quick wit and good sense of humor makes the few hours on the chair go by very quickly, and makes doing my hair an enjoyable experience! Personally, I think the service technology is much better than outside, especially Rex, who is my hairstylist. He will communicate with the customer about the suitable hairstyle, pay attention to the customer's hair and apply essential oils and conditioners, etc., and Chloe will help customers wash their hair with massage force. Very comfortable too, I personally recommend these two to be on my first list for haircuts.
