I walked in and got my haircut, it was perfect! Great layers and bang exactly like what I wanted. Strongly recommend to everyone. Definitely I will come back! Just one suggestion: Would be better if the staff can make customers feel a bit more welcomed.There is no greetings or smile, pretty icy and silent atmosphere throughout the whole process.

I have a membership at this store and got keratin treatments and keratin straightening done there. Their straightening treatment was very strong and lasted almost six months. I was pleasantly surprised by how great my hair looked every day. I’ve tried other stores, but none of them achieved the same results. Although the product they used had a strong, unpleasant smell and seemed cheap, it was very effective, so I didn’t mind too much. The staffs, however, often pushed hard to upsell memberships or prepayment packages. They are usually from China or Malaysia. Some don’t speak English very well. If you didn’t sign up, they would quote higher prices, saying members get a discount. They also tried to sell additional products like shampoos or upsell extra services, which sometimes felt borderline scammy. I even noticed the staff chatting in the back as if they were plotting how to sell you more. Despite all this, I was very happy with the results of the treatments. I still have some money left in my account, but I’ve already moved out of Singapore.

Saw this viral on my Lemon8 feed and decided to try it out given that there’s huge promotions going on! First impression I got was that the place was severely understaffed. Made a reservation at 11am but there was only one staff, and he was busy attending to another customer. Waited till 1150am before I got attended to and I was actually on the verge of finding another salon nearby… The actual dyeing, treatment and hair cut took about 2 hours. Felt that the hairdresser was rushing through the tasks as he had to attend to different customers. Overall, what you pay is what you get. The colour and cut was decent, but I felt that there was a lack of attention to details and service. It was definitely worth the promotion price but I don’t think I will be back again.

had my hair done by team hair work and honestly SUPER AMAZED W THE RESULTS 😆😆 . It was my first time dye-ing my hair so i was nervous. they were all super friendly and they’re very honest with the pricing ( no hidden charge whatsoever) my hair felt so much smoother and i feel more confident as my hair became much healthier. my hair is also less frizzy now. definitely coming back again!!

The service was super super excellent. Although i was so late to my appointment, they acted like it was nothing so it was truly an amazing welcome. They provide me a free treatment, convinced me to bleach and i feel like they really wants the best outcome for me and honestly, i’m really satisfied with the aftermath. Thinking back, i should’ve dyed my whole hair instead…😅😅 I am for sure coming back to this place again and again!
