There was an issue with my door and other locksmiths charged me a sky high price + they mentioned they need to break the lock + change a new one which has additional costs. James explained he will try not to break the lock if possible and he helped to fix back the lock. I looked for him in the evening and he was able to come early the next morning 👍.
