I needed to replace the fabric and motor of the awning in my backyard after 6 years. I decided to Google around for alternatives to my previous awning contractor, which I had used twice. This was my first time trusting Google reviews and I reached out to several awning firms with high ratings. Not only was Awning Singapore the first one to respond and send a quote on the same day, but their charges are also very reasonable, and significantly lower than the quote given by my previous contractor. Another firm that has a large number of high ratings on Google did not respond after 3 days and I had to phone again to enquire – not a good sign. Awnings Singapore followed-up very quickly once I confirmed my order and the on-site staff were all friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I have replaced my backyard awning several times over the past 2 decades, but Awning Singapore was the first to highlight safety tips, e.g. not to retract the awning when wet after a thunderstorm. I have had enough awnings to know that the materials used are pretty much the same throughout the industry, despite large differences in price. I am very pleased with my experience and this is my unsolicited review. I look forward to using Awnings Singapore again and would recommend others give them a try.
