Equip-design offer a wide range of beautiful and quality door knobs. Bought 2x porcelain door knob sets with key and lock cylinder and 2x door knob sets with privacy lock from them. Really match well with my country doors and the design is beautiful and unique. Rare to find in other shops. Ms Dora was a caring and patient staff who provide a good after sale service helping me to solve an issue in a short time and gave very detail explanations. Thumbs up for their service and their product. Thank You Ms Dora and Equip-Design. Highly recommend. 👍🏼

Ms. Michelle, the Sales Manager, replied my message promptly when I seek help to install a second door lock. She offered me an excellent Baldwin deadbolt lock and arranged her colleague Nathan to install within days. Nathan is professional and punctual. He drilled the door, installed the lock and cleaned the wood debris from the floor. His workmanship is excellent and his attitude is superb. I recommend Equip-Design & Supply for installing new lock.

I bought two handles from Equip Design, one was a straight forward bedroom handle, the other for our main door. Since our condo entrance door was 7cm, and had existing holes, it was difficult to find a suitable door handle. Michelle and Lenz from Equip Design were very helpful in offering options for the door handle, as we needed to get specific parts to cater to our door. If the handle didn't work, they offered an exchange. We had a problem needing a longer part/pin - when I raised this, it was immediately addressed and the required part was sent at no extra cost straight to my home within a business day. In the end, our handle was installed with no problem. Very happy with the professional service.

My main door lock was not working and I found 2 vendors including Equip-Design online and whatsapp both of them with pictures of my lock set. The first vendor stopped communicating with me after learning that I only wanted to replace the damaged parts and not the whole handle set. Adrian from Equip-Design, on the other hand, made the effort to understand my needs and promptly arranged an appointment to fix my lock, despite the job was only a small one. His technician, G Nathan, an Indian national, arrived on time the next day. He carefully checked my lock, explained what was damaged and replaced the damaged part. After that, he quietly ran the extra mile by helping me touch up on the strike plate which was poorly fixed by the previous contractor. The door can now be locked smoothly. Thank you Equip-Design!

We bought some door handles and lock from Equip design and the staff their was very friendly. Our own contractor messed up everything and was unable to put the door handles and lock properly.When I called them for some assistance I was being attended by Adrian.He was very helpful and helped me with all possible ways ( sending videos, pictures and instructions) to put the handles properly.Even gave me the hp number of their technician for any assistance. Finally I had to call their technician Mr Nathan to fix all the issues and with all the positive thinking he came and fixed the issues unlike then some people who come and crib that why not we choose them to put the handles . I highly recommended this place and their services. Thank you so much Adrian and Mr.Nathan.

I visited Equip-Design on 17/4/21 and was attended to by Ms Lenz Eu.Ms Lenz is polite,professional,helpful and has excellent product knowledge.She listened attentively to my requirements and provided several helpful options.I settled on a beautiful and practical option for the front door lock and am extremely satisfied with the choice.Worth every penny! The technitian who did the installation was punctual,precise and took time to explain to both my wife and I about the locking mechanism. Well done Equip-Design! It's not often one gets such good service and quality.

One of the oldest lockset suppliers in Singapore but unfortunately it shows in terms of service. They have nice things but not modern and price is high. Very knowledgeable though.
