I had a smooth and quick experience with tiger mount. I initially browsed their website and had thought to get a single arm swivel mount for my tv. After emailing them to get a quote and sharing with Jac from Tiger Mount my tv model, I was advised to get a double arm model instead. I was contacted via WhatsApp after providing contact details to arrange a date and timing. The installation itself was very smooth and they checked with me on the height and position after noticing my plants next to the TV. After confirming, then they drilled the holes and installed the brackets. They also shared with me some advice about my coiled wires and how to safely pull out the tv from the wall to swivel it to the side, and dust off my tv consol of the concrete dust. Chance upon their contact while looking for last minute tv wall mounting service. Fortunate enough to snarch an appointment in the next 20 mins. They were professional and efficient. I had a 86inch TV mounted ona TV bracket that was bought from Taobao BUT the TV tilted due to the back support is not directly at the centre of the TV instead of the bottom. I contacted Tiger and showed them mine issue. They immediately replied and told me can be rectified. Installation arranged two days later !! They are extremely helpful and professional and they resolved my issue that my handyman can't. They even help to install another spare one for me in the room for free Hands down the best service !!I wouldn't think twice to recommend to all my friends !! Thank you very much !!
