k. e.I recently visited AN medical Clinic for a routine check-up, and I was thoroughly impressed by the excellent service they provided. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and attentive to my needs. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and I didn't have to wait long before being seen by the doctor. The doctor was knowledgeable, took the time to listen to my concerns, and provided thorough explanations and recommendations. Overall, my experience at AN Medical Clinic was exceptional, and I highly recommend it to anyone in need of medical care.

However this is the first clinic I have to show my insurance card to the receptionist for each visit. And she asked for insurance card before registration of my visit.
For other clinics, I do not need to show my insurance card after my first visit. If the clinic is link with the Insurance company , they should have the policy holder status record.
I am not sure where goes wrong in the process but definitely this is different from other GP clinics process.

J. T.I have been to this clinic several times. The doctor is really patient, gentle and will take the time to explain slowly. If you don't know English, you can ask the Receptionist to help you translate to the doctor. She is also very polite. Thank you doctor. and nurses, who gave me care and encouragement when I was sick and helpless. Thank you😇
I've visited this clinic several times and have consistently experienced exceptional care. The doctor is incredibly patient and gentle, taking the time to explain everything thoroughly.
