I would like to give my compliments to the staff that took care of me at the clinic, Kelly in particular. She gave me her personal phone number and told me to contact her directly if I ever needed anything. She was extremely responsive at any given time no matter how early or late. Dr Puah and the other staff were fantastic as well, an extremely professional and approachable team. I had a few appointments booked with them and they made me look forward to every single session. My scheduled did change quite a bit but the staff there were very patient and efficient in arranging them. Dr Puah is also great at what he does. Overall, one of the best clinics I've been to!

A few years ago I got had a slipped disc while in the gym. Most of the doctors I went to didn't really tell me anything that I didn’t already know. I found artisan clinic online and made an appointment with Dr Puah. He was the only doctor that gave me any long term advice on what I could do to feel better. Kelly also made things really easy for me by handling almost everything for me, all I had to do was make 1 phone call and she arranged everything. A really smooth and convenient process overall.

The doctor explained my condition well and went through my scans diligently. He had to give an injection to my shoulder but he explained the procedure clearly and only after taking my consent, he went on to deliver a very painless injection with such great expertise. The moment I found out I tore both ankle ligaments due to sports, I was desperate to find an orthopaedic specialist. Dr Puah was recommended by my fellow team mate and the Artisan front staff (Kelly) graciously slot me in on the day I called for appointment despite their busy schedule after seeing pictures of how bruised and swollen my ankles were. I had sprained my neck recently from doing sports and I found the artisan clinic online. I made a call and a person called kelly helped me with everything and made the entire process smooth. In that one phone call she had arranged everything I needed and all I had to do was show up and meet Dr Puah for a consult. He gave me great advice for future sports activities. I tore my ACL during a badminton match earlier this year and my wife brought me to Artisan Ortho because she frequents their aesthetic clinic. Dr Puah was very helpful and was willing to help even though we arrived right as they were closing up his clinic. Very friendly surgeon with zero airs about him. After the diagnosis, Dr Puah's girl, Kelly helped me by arranging a surgery date and this was at a peak period when operating theatres were quite fully booked in Mt Elizabeth. I could then have my surgery the next day. Thankfully so because the pain was bad. Surgery went very well, and i followed his instructions post surgery, and did physiotherapies and exercises necessary for recovery. I'm currently 9 months after surgery, and abt 1 month away from going back to badminton. Really glad that everything turned out well and many thanks to Dr Puah and his Artisan team for helping me. Dr Puah is such a nice guy!! He was so friendly to talk to and also so understanding. Basically, I was playing some badminton and I ended up falling on my butt and hurting my lower back pretty badly. I was emabarassed at the situation, but for some reason when he told me "you'd be surprised at how often this happens" I felt a lot better about myself haha. Also the front desk person, kelly, was really nice to talk to. She even gave me her personal phone number and told me to contact her whenever I had any issues. A clinic that truly cares about their patients. Come to the artisan clinic if you want to be treated right!

I have had slipped disc since I was 27 years old. Every now and then the pain resurfaces and tortures me. I have seen so many orthopedics doctors but none compares to Dr Puah. He is extremely professional and incredible at answering all my questions in a way that's easy for someone with no medical background to understand. Recently I did 2 MRIs with another hospital and visit 3 different orthopedic doctors, none gave me any long term advice. I feel really lucky to have met Dr Puah, he is extremely knowledgeable. In addition, I would also like to give acknowledgement to the staff there. There was one staff named Kelly that was extremely kind and spent a lot of time solving many of my logistical issues such as scheduling and last minute changes as well as personally fetching me to the clinic when I got lost (definitely did not expect anyone to do this). I heard about artisan from a friend who also went there for a shoulder injury. I've had joint pains for a really long time and no one has ever really been able to help me. I went to Dr puah and he prescibed proper medication as well as suggested different exercises I could do as physical therapy and it has really helped. I fell off my bicycle while mountain biking recently and I couldn‘t move my foot cause it was in so much pain. I went to Artisan and saw dr puah and he assured me that he was going to work with me to ensure that I was okay. About 2 months later and I feel great, everything is pretty much back to normal. I came to Artisan Ortho clinic for a 2nd opinion after my previous Trauma injury (Radial Nerve palsy) have not recovered after 18 months. Dr Puah was really patient in hearing me out & referred me to go for an MRI (which was really efficiently arranged!). We found out the main issue & reason why my arm was not recovering (this was not detected previously by the previous doctor) and now im on track for a full recovery. Thanks Dr Puah! Had pretty bad shoulder and knee pain after some intense basketball, so I researched online and found good reviews for Dr Puah for knee and shoulder treatments. Sent an enquiry at 135am, received a reply for appointment at 730am, came in to see Dr Puah at 930am, MRI scan done at 10am and results out at 1130am! Had joint injection of HA and PRP and went home around 1230pm. Kudos to Dr Puah and team for such an efficient diagnosis and treatment journey for my injury!
