Tight spaces so need to pay attention to signs. Staff has great patient focused attitude and strong willingness to help & listen. If driving, I advised to come a bit earlier because you may need to wait a while for available lot.

New polyclinic which is a 10 minutes walk from Bukit Panjang MRT. Not a very good design. If you are walking in from street level, you have to take the lift to L3, before entering the polyclinic proper. This is a hassle in my opinion. All the departments are crammed into a 5-storey air-conditioned building, so the common spaces feel congested even though the air-con is pleasant. Currently it is still not so crowded as there are not many patients and medical staff, but I wonder how this centre can cope if COVID safe distancing is required again. I took my newborn for the checkups. Sometimes, I was given queuing priority for newborn. Sometimes I have to wait 3 hours between the nurse checkup and the paediatrician's consultation. Hopefully they will improve their queue system.

Would like to applaud all the staffs, system and workflow. Doctors here listened and understand patients, and appointment times are usually honoured.

Had a dental appointment on 27th July at 9.30am but I arrived at 9am. Registration is on the 3rd floor. The dentist is located on the 5th floor (If I'm not wrong). Once, I registered and went up, my number was called immediately and I had my appointment at 9.05 - 9.10 instead of the booked 9.30. I also finished at 9.40, so it took around 20 mins only. Doctor and her assistant were really amazing and nice! As one who do not go for dental often, both were very empathetic and understanding. I can't remember their names but I remember the assistant was a malay female and the doctor was a chinese female with specs! I paid $59 for dental cleaning. 5/5 as service was good and fast. Doctors were really nice too.

Nice ambience,clean environment, excellent service! I would like to compliment Larry-screening officer who greeted me at the entrance with his cheerful smile.He was really proactive in rendering assistance. He makes the registration process a fuss free one. And Nabillah-the medical technologist.She is so approachable & make the patient feel at ease by trying to speak their dialect. And the smile has never left her face. Keep up the good job to the 2 lovely person I met today!

Appt was 11.10am. Got there early, but had to wait till 1230 to see the doc. Had to do an x-ray, told me to come back after 2pm for the results, ridiculous. Please have more respect for your patients' time. Doctor was good and professional though, so that's a plus.

Waiting time was extremely long even you have appointments time, I was waited for more then half an hours number not called . Need to improve on this at 4A clinic.
