Doctor was young,had listen to my condition and examined me. Good Service Attitude professional not like last time, had a bad experience with a old Indian lady which is rude n unprofessional.

Had an allergies outbreak in the middle of the night with my throat swollen, rush down to the clinic and appreciate the nurse for her fast prompt and good service/advice. Thanks to the nurse and doctors for having a 24hr clinic sacrificing their nights and not need to jam up A&E.

Went at Sunday 3am for a food poisoning issue. There were no other patients. Receptionist was helpful. Doctor was decent.

The 2 female counter staffs should make effort to be courteous, and also be more smiley and friendly. Patients are sick ,so hopefully a friendly staff might help our day. Train your Chinese staffs with the language used and also the Malay staff was super annoying. Doctor are understanding and shown empathy.

The counter staff was extremely empathetic and kind. She really cared and was helpful and even asked if I need water to take my meds on the spot but I was slightly disappointed with the treatment received. I was very unwell and had high fever and severe body ache and couldn’t even sit up straight but I was only given paracetamol. I had to request for a stronger painkiller by myself.

Friendly staff, pretty efficient in seeing doc. Had to wait abit longer for "discharge" due to sudden surge in patients but the receptionist remained calm and patient. First time visiting, pretty sure won't be the last, especially when it's a 24 hour clinic. Keep up the good work!

Counter staff manage to register the patient quickly compared to couple months ago. Counter staff is even better than any other clinics in the vicinity. Doctor was great beside giving advise also pointed out things to beware with great attention.

It was my 1st time visiting to this clinic (5-Oct-2023, ~9pm) as my mom was very giddy and nauseous. It was our turn after waited for ~30mins (6pax were in front of us). Doctor was professional in asking related questions, examined my mum and suspected she could had experienced Vertigo symptoms. An Injection was given on the spot (by doctor) and medication was prescribed shortly. I am thankful that my mum got better the next morning. Many thanks to doctor and nurse.

Doctor prescribed very good medicines. The counter staff aunty is very sweet, she is a superwomen, even during busy period she maintained her professionalism and very gentle. Try to have 2 staff at the counter, this can help reduce the work load.

Very good to have a 24 hrs clinic nearby. But counter staff attitude can be better. The guy at the counter not keen or patience to answer question. He might have answer the same question 20 times per day, but I only ask one time. ☹️

Clinic assistant was calm and polite despite it being late and crowded, clinic was rather understaffed but she tries her best to serve everyone asap. Doctor was nice as well. Recommended!

Visited on 19th Dec abt 2pm with sore throat n fever since 16th dec . Doctor was very quick to diagnose n give medicine almost without needing me to unmask to see my throat, until i prompted. 2nd visit 22nd dec, another elder doc will still touch my neck to see swell area n check my throat. As usual no long Qs around 10am esp when one is unwell. I came on 5Feb evening after work with a painful throat n phelgmy coughing for the whole day so i asked the male doctor if i could have antibiotic to recover fast. Not given coz Doc said i dont need. I suffered with less sleep on 5Feb n 6Feb nights n cough mixture was finished so i had to go back to see Doc on 7Feb n a female doc straight away after checking my throat, told me she will give antibiotic n the cough mixture. 8Feb resting at home after taking 1 day of antibiotic, the phelgmy coughing has reduced tremendously n throat is less painful. Thank you to the female doctor who has shown such care to me.

The doctors are very thorough in their examination. The meds prescribed was effective too.

Quite accessible from the carpark behind (went there for a leg injury) note it can be quite costly but it’s because they are operational 24h a day, however if you are covered under insurance with this clinic being a Panel GP, this would be a good clinic for you. Waiting time isn’t very long maybe about 10-15min but depending on the time and day you go i went in the evening of a weekday. On Sundays you can expect a longer wait because most other clinics are closed.

My mum had food poisoning. Vomiting and diarrhoea seriously. The reception is able to gave my mum the next in line due to the serioisness and kudos to the doc for cautious sake, gave a jab to stop the vomit and diarrhoea immediately. Thank you.

I’ve been going to this clinic for many years. But it is the first time I was charged for the consultation fee even if I have presented company medical card. Not sure if any changes on the fees.

I was in alot of pain (stomach cramps) went to see a doctor in the afternoon but the medication didnt help and the pain persisted because of the intense pain. I went to see the doctor at this clinic at 1am the doctor gave me an injection and medication that help to took away the pain. Although the customer service is ahem not very good. The doctor helped me alot thank you for that.

I had a headache for three days and even taking panadol could not solve my problem. After seeing the doctor, I took the medicine and the headache problem was perfectly solved. The nurse at the front desk was very attentive. I will go there again next time👍
