Reviews of Cotovia Clinic UE Square
good service ! definitely recommended. all the staffs is super efficient !
The best of the best!
I was traveling to Singapore, and last night my child and I suddenly started having repeated episodes of vomiting and diarrhea. I immediately made a reservation on LINE and was able to receive online medical treatment. I was very relieved that I was taken care of by a Japanese person. I also had overseas insurance, so I didn't have to pay anything. I really wondered what would happen, but it was good.
My family is taking care of me.
**Good points**
- LINE response is good and polite
- The medical interpreters are also kind and nice.
- Can be used with confidence for everyday illnesses (colds, sore throats, etc.)
- 9pm? Medicines can be delivered within the same day.
- It's a hybrid system that allows for face-to-face consultations, so it's good to be able to use it differently depending on the content of the consultation (for example, if it's going to take a long time, you can switch from online to face-to-face)
**Points of concern**
- There are multiple examining doctors, and they are assigned almost randomly, and there are full-time and part-time doctors, so the background and details of the treatment are not inherited. Naturally, it seems that the medication has been checked, but I'm worried because every time it starts like it's my first visit. It doesn't feel like a family doctor. If it's chronic or close to chronic, it's difficult to explain every time, so I can't recommend it.
- The quality of interpreters is unstable. Sometimes they don't translate what I'm saying. I think it is the doctor who decides that it is unnecessary, and the interpreter is the one who decides that it is not necessary.
- There is a delay in the start time (about 15 minutes. I think it's because people are watching carefully, but it didn't happen before)
- I'm concerned about the price range, so please let me know the cost even if it's through an insurance company.
- Even if you have consulted in advance on line or over the phone, the person at the reception on the day may not be aware of the situation, which makes you feel anxious. Especially in the medical field, there are times when I don't understand anything, so I want them to understand it properly (how to proceed with the test, what to expect on the day of the test, what vaccinations to take, etc.)
- For home medical treatment, documents covered by insurance must be submitted by mail each time. It would be inconvenient to only have it handwritten, so it would be nice to have it online.
**comment**
- Not having to go to the hospital is extremely convenient for people raising children. Especially when children with siblings are called in to see a doctor, if things go wrong, they may have to wait for an hour, and during that time, they feel hopeless. With Kotovia, it is extremely convenient for a sick child to be able to stay at home while sleeping.
- As I mentioned in an interview somewhere, this hospital is said to be a service industry as well as medical care, and I feel like this hospital embodies that.
- Prices are high due to high-cost services such as medical interpretation, delivery, and late-night medical treatment on holidays. Not recommended for everyone.
The teachers and staff are very kind.
I requested both online and outpatient treatment, and I was satisfied with both (although I feel that the diagnosis results are more accurate with outpatient treatment).
Medications are delivered from online consultations, and when I was diagnosed in the morning, they arrived in the afternoon.
The male teacher at UE Square was kind,
I was able to undergo the examination with peace of mind.
Thank you to the Japanese staff for following us as well.
I used it while traveling.
Thank you for your quick response and for your help.
thank you very much!
