I have done 900 + 450 shots Thermage FLX just before CNY this year by Dr Michelle. She's super nice and assuring during the treatment and guide me how to handle when I developed severe dry eye symptoms a few hours post treatment from the numbing eyedrops. My consultant Jose is also very accommodative, making arrangements for her colleague to come in earlier to apply numbing cream on me so that I can leave by 1pm. Waited 3 months post treatment before I do the review so as to give better evaluation. The results a few days immediately post treatment was super good. My eye bags totally flattened, my eyes are lifted. Although I still have 1 single 1 double eyelid, my eyes are at least at even level. Fast forward 3 months, the lapia folds near my mouth are almost gone, my eyes still at even level although still 1 single 1 double eyelid. Eyebag came back for 1 eye although less serious than before. But to be fair, I have bad water retention issue. So how bad my eye bags are is directly related to how bad my water retention is. Minus 1 star from my rating for the following reason - I developed very severe dry eyes symptoms from the numbing eyedrops. I teared so much that I couldn't open my eyes for 1 day and my vision was blurry for 2 days. Thank goodness everything swing back to normal after 2 days and thanks Dr Michelle for guiding me how to handle it. So this is something to note for people with dry eyes. Nothing to do with the clinic but that's the part that I didn't like about the treatment. Also, the treatment really hurts. Good for clinic to give painkillers on top of numbing cream in future.

Two years ago I visited Define Aesthetic Medical Clinic for HIFU under a promotion price. Dr Michelle Tan attended to me. She was very gentle and meticulous. As I had a medical issue, she checked and make sure I was safe to do HIFU before she went ahead with the procedure. Her assistant Ms Wind was as gentle as Dr Michelle. She was very attentive and explain clearly the after care. They don't hard sell at all which many aesthetic clinic does. I signed up another 2 sessions on that day and thereafter I did other procedures whenever there are promotions. I must say their price is very good compared to many aesthetic clinic. Most importantly, Dr Michelle Tan and her team especially Ms Wind are very professional, warm and friendly.

Affordable price, friendly staff and doctors captured me. No hard selling here definitely, doctors are very professional, only recommended what treament is suitable for my skin to improve or to get better results. I have been visiting the clinic for nearly 2 years. Although the melasma on my face isn't 100% removed but i can see it has lighten, especially the melasma near my eyes. I highly recommend Jose. She is a very kind and extremely patient staff there. She is able to explain and answer questions such as the treatment package offered, the products and etc.

Today I had a facial that I had covered before, and I had a facial treatment with the beautician SHEAN. I really like it and am satisfied 🙂 I plan to continue coming here for facials when I am in Singapore. Because I have closed acne, when I was in Taiwan, in addition to medical beauty care, I would go for a facial once a month. However, when I came back to Singapore, I didn’t know whether it was due to climate change or a lack of adaptability. I suddenly developed a lot of closed acne, so I came here. When doing facials at the clinic, I think the beautician - SHEAN is very careful. After clearing the acne, he will check back and forth, even the small areas in front of the ears (some clinics or salons will remind me to take a look); the strength of the massage on the face It is also very good and comfortable.
