Dr Joyce is a very caring, attentive & detailed doctor. However the receptionist a male (Joe) was very rude and arrogant. When he help me with ART he was very rough. When I felt uncomfortable and told him. He still say me. Instead of saying sorry. I have done ART at a few clinics in Singapore. I have never felt so uncomfortable before. Joe was also very Rude to his colleagues a female (happen to be new). His colleague just ask him a few questions he get so irritated. I don’t think that’s how you treat a colleague who is new trying to learn.

Came to this clinic due to fungal infection, the medicine was effective. They didnt have the powder i needed on the day itself so they told me to come back another day to collect. Was assisted by the most kind and helpful receptionist 👍🏼👍🏼 so thankful to the clinic for helping me diagnose my condition accurately and treating effectively. Will come back again to get my acne treated as well.

Came here to complete my PR Application formalities and the entire staff was amazing and incredibly helpful. Despite not being the closest clinic to my home, I chose to come here based on the positive reviews, and I was pleasantly surprised that it lived up to its reputation. It’s a small clinic. Waited almost an hour in the morning with just 4 people ahead of me. Waited another 20 min after seeing doctor to collect the med (not a lot)😅😅 Please do not visit when you see a queue and if you are in a rush. The doctor gave a lot of medicines, it’s good if your insurance company is paying for it. Edited: the clinic called me after this review. Same encounter as the previous reviewer.

Really fuss free registration, very happy as my time here was worthwhile… also Dr Joyce was such a lovely doctor … she’s very gentle and ensure that she highlight on matter that I was concerned about without missing a point. Nice and friendly front line staff! Dr was professional and nice. Provided clear advice to my helper who had not been taking her medications correctly.

Dr. Joyce is patience, thorough and friendly. Couldn't wait for her to come back to Punggol flagship clinic, I rushed down to TPY just to see her. After hearing my skin outbreak story, she's able to diagnose the cause. A long consultation that entails her meticulously explaining the steps for medication and advices.
