Dr Chiam is very nice and patience, explaining every step that was taken to treat my melasma. If you have given up on seeking any treatment for your pigmentation and other skin issues, this is for you. Late last year, I went to a pigmentation removal specialist ( beauty salon ) to treat my melasma and freckles. That beauty salon claimed that they are capable to treat my chronic melasma and freckles with their products without the use of laser. However, after more than a year of their treatment, no improvement seen and it worsened after that beauty salon changed their treatment products and procedures for me. To my horror, I suffered very severe Post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation (PIH) and scars on my both cheeks after their new treatment method. My PIH and scars were so bad and visible that I could no longer conceal it with concealer and my relatives and friends constantly asked what had happened to my face. I was very upset and frustrated and on the verge of giving up hope to treat my face. Few months ago, I chanced upon Ensoul Medical Clinic - Dr Thean series of Facebook videos on melasma and other skin problems. His videos were educational and I was impressed and convinced with his detailed explanation and decided to give myself one last chance hence I made an appointment to see him. During my first consultation, after hearing my past treatment history, Dr Thean was very reassuring and explained very patiently what might have happened to my face problems and what treatments he would recommend for best results. Dr Thean was confident that he could clear my PIH and scars and treat my melasma and I took a leap of faith and decided to proceed with the treatment. After following through with merely a few Quarts Laser, Sylfirm and Infusion treatment sessions with Ensoul, my PIH was gone, scarring and stubborn melasma and freckles greatly lightened and skin complexion improved by leaps and bounds and I was able to step out without the use of concealers anymore and that was a big boost for my confidence. Dr Thean is a very knowledgeable, experienced and dedicated doctor that delivered results he had promised. His team of dedicated and friendly staffs are friendly, helpful and not pushy for sales and made my every visit a pleasant and comfort one. I will continue my treatment journey with Ensoul. I currently have a severe acne problem and have visited a few clinics at home that just exacerbated my issue. I decided to make a stop at Ensoul during my trip to Singapore. Dr Lennard was very kind and accommodating. Under his care, I have finally seen some improvements with my acne. My consultant Kelly was also very kind and accommodating. I have made two visits so far and it can get quite pricy for passport holders (600 ~ 1k per trip for me, depending on the treatments). However, locals can get much cheaper prices if they buy a package and receive the treatments at reasonable prices. Although the premium, so far it’s the only clinic that has been able to help me see results. I would highly recommend this clinic if it’s within your budget.

I have a mild acne condition. Appreciated my time at this clinic, fixing up my skin pre-wedding. Did lasers with Dr Chiam - he is extremely personable, attentive, and makes you feel comfortable during the procedures. I had various concerns prior to the first laser sesh, all of which he patiently addressed - and truly not every doctor will do this for you. I could see improvements in my skin's pores and oil control after each laser session. Because the skin cycle renews every 4-6 weeks or so, eventually a maintenance / repeat laser every 4-6 weeks would be ideal. However, financially, I found this not-so-wise to upkeep post-wedding. But I still incorporate Ensoul's cleansers and HA moisturizer into my skincare routine. I've had a great experience overall, and I highly recommend Dr Chiam. Thank you Dr Chiam!! :+) I will be back in future if any specific skin concerns do arise.

Overall experience is alright. The only bone to pick is their quality of skincare products. Their dark spot corrector lacks typical ingredients you would expect such as glycolic acid, ascorbic acid (vitamin c) and kojic acid. You can definitely get better products outside. This bottle cost nearly $100 after GST. Their other creams are also highly overpriced

I have had a café au lait birthmark on the side of my face since birth and have lived with it for 30 years until I heard about Dr. Thean’s “magic hands” a year ago and decided to visit Ensoul Medical to see if he could help me lighten or remove it. I have been searching for an aesthetic clinic to remove my melasma and freckles as I was bothered by it especially when It had gotten worse around 5 years after my 2nd child birth and I happen to come across the good reviews of Ensoul clinic during a google search. I happen to know Ensoul clinic during a google search for pigmentation/ melasma aesthetic clinic as I was bothered by my melasma on my both cheeks. Melasma has been a troubling condition for me ever since I started working from home due to Covid. It got darker with time and I tried seeking treatment at various clinics with a variety of treatments ranging from fractional laser, yellow laser to rejuran, profhilo plus oral medication such as crystal tomato, TA and even Chinese herbs, whatever people or doctors recommended. My last ditch was to do a skin resurfacing treatment and after the scabs came off, for a few days, the melasma seems gone but it only came back wilder, uglier and darker. I first visited Dr Kenneth Thean some time back in 2017/2018 and this is after much actual trial and errors with other clinics for my acne scarring concerns. The other treatments I underwent with range from renown aesthetic clinics to government-backed medical institutions. All in all, I had about at least 4-5 treatments over 3-4 years with a focus on acne scar revision. Not only were the treatments uncomfortable, the results are definitely not as apparent and pleasing as to what Dr Thean has customised for me. For context, I gone through two intensive laser treatments spaced out a year plus to two years apart as I had volatile professional commitments. Each treatment brought about amazing results and it complemented well with a simple home skin care routine and occasional facials. I was recommended by a friend to see Dr Thean for my pigmentation, melasma and eczema patches on my face. After about a month, I noticed a significant improvement in the overall tone and texture of my face. It is more even toned and glowy and I no longer feel I require foundation. My main concern was melasma. Few years ago I had laser treatment at other clinic but it didn't help. They evem made my pigmentation even darker. When I almost gave up, my colleague recommended Ensoul. Dr Thean understands my skin concerns and provides treatment. Just after 3rd session, my pores became smaller and I got back firmer skin. I received laser treatment to improve freckles and pigmentation at several dermatologists in Singapore for many years, but I was not very satisfied with the facilities or treatment results at other places. After living in Singapore for 4 years, I was worried that the pigmentation on my face due to ultraviolet rays was getting worse, so an acquaintance told me about it, so I went to see Dr. I started laser treatment at Ensoul where Thean is based. First of all, compared to other places, the hospital was very systematic, so I felt like I was at a Korean dermatology clinic. In particular, the facial cleansing room was very clean, and the people working were very friendly and always helpful, no matter how many times I asked questions. Among them, there was someone (named Joa) who spoke Korean fluently, so I received a lot of help. Especially Dr. Thean explained the various procedures in detail during my first visit, which was very helpful in deciding on the appropriate treatment, and I was able to decide on the treatment with confidence. I've had laser treatment twice so far, and my skin tone has definitely become clearer and my entire face has become more radiant. In particular, the color in areas where pigmentation was a problem has become lighter, and my overall elasticity has improved significantly.
