I had the opportunity to be treated by Dr Akshay Kumar, who was extremely nice and patient to listen and suggest. Very good experience.

L. H. N.Staff is very helpful when i whats app the staff to change the last minute booster jab appt for my mother.
Not only that, when i requested for doc appt on the same day, they are able to accomodate my request to book a same day appt for her. Staff are very patient as they tried their best to find an alternative afternoon slot for my mother too (as she only wake up in the late morning only).
Thumbs up for the kind help render by the staff! It is really glad to have dedicated staff around who are always willing to help at all time. Thank you very much!
U. 2.The staffs are very helpful and friendly. They make the patients and their companion feel comfortable on every visits even during the restrictions and control due to the pandemic.
Dr Koh see his patients as friends whereby he not only care of treating their illness but also their well being.

note: the clinic ran out of certain medicines (cough/sore throat) so it was kinda of a bummer.

The staff helped me to find out from Dr Koh (even though Dr Koh was on leave , he replied) whether I could use the company health screening blood test results in place of the one scheduled by the clinic. I was told that I could so I saved time and money by not having to make another trip to the clinic to do a blood test. Thank you for going the extra mile for your patients. Little things like these mean a lot!

A. C.It's a spacious clinic. I took all my covid vaccine and boosters from this clinic. The process is very well managed and the staff is very efficient and polite. The doc administrating the medicine showed the vial and it's expiry date before the procedure.

Even I move to the eastern part of Singapore, I will rather travel all the way to the west to monitor my chronic illness. Very happy with the staff in frontier and they are very fast in getting their job done. Doctors, donโt even need to mention, Dr. Sim was the main reason why I am with frontier for so many years. He is one professional doctor and he will work together with the patient to contain the sickness. Really appreciate his help and professionalism that has help to contain my chronic illness and still containing it today. Kudos to the Clementi Frontier staff!
